Taken to Their Leader

Tachy's P.O.V.

I woke to someone shaking me.

"Wake up. Someone wants to see you." I slowly opened my eyes. the person trying to wake me was the same one that had knocked out Nasch. I scurried backwards away from him slightly in fear. "I'm sorry about what happened last night. It was necessary. I'm Kallai, and our leader would like to meet with you. Can you stand?" I nodded and stood up. Kallai did as well. "Come. Mizeal would like to see you." My head perked up when he mentioned Mizeal's name.

"Mizeal's here?!" I slipped past Kallai and ran through the cell door. I knew he was here. I just knew it! I ran up some stone steps and through hallways, Kallai following me.

"Wait! You don't even know where he is! Or where you're going!"

"Yes I do!" I yell back at him. "I can hear him!" And it was true. I could hear him mumbling to himself. I had been with him so long, I could hear him even from almost a mile away. However, someone got in my way.

"Calm down. Hey, it's the girl who bit me last night!" He yelled. He was a lot bigger than me, but that didn't bother me at all.

"Thanks Cadmus." Kallai caught up to us.

"And you're the one who choked me last night!" I sharpened my tail to a point and stabbed him in the leg.

"I was just doing what I was told! Jeese!"

"Look, do you want to see Mizeal or not?" Kallai put one hand on his hip, and I stopped squirming. A door opened, and someone stepped out.

"Kallai? Everything ok?" It was Mizeal. I slipped out of Cadmus' grasp and hugged him, yelling "MIZEAL!!!", as I did so.

"She's a slippery one..." Cadmus muttered as he turned to face Mizeal and I. Kallai walked up and stood beside him.

"Feisty, too." Kallai agreed. Meanwhile, Mizeal was talking to me.

"Woah!" He had fallen over. "What's your name?" I was bouncing up and down, I was so excited!

"I'm your Number! Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon!"

"Tachyon?" He was confused now. "Where have you been!? I went looking for your card and freaked out because I couldn't find it! I was so afraid that I had lost it."

"I'm part of this war I can't even fight in!" I wasn't happy about that still.

"What war? Are my friends ok?" I nodded.

"The Number War." I said it like it was obvious. Kallai stepped forward.

"Also, we found this." He handed him a shiny yellow stone. It looked like it was made of light.

"Thanks, where did you find this?" Mizeal looked up at him as it was handed to him.

"I think Nasch had it." This time Mizeal looked at me, with surprise.

"Nasch? Kallai, bring him here. And anyone else, you may have picked up." Kallai nodded, and both he and Cadmus ran to get Nasch. I got off Mizeal and we stood up. "Tachy, come with me."

"Where are we going? Please, nowhere dark..." I was utterly afraid of the dark.

"What? No! I'm the Legendary Warrior of Light. Why would I take you to the dark? We're going in here." He gestured behind him, into the room he walked out of. "My office is right here." I sighed, and ran into his office, sitting on his desk, and swung my legs.

"I just don't like the dark...."

"Why not?" I looked up at him, straight in the eyes.

"I was tortured in the dark."

"What?! What do you mean?"

"I'm experiment 107. I was suppose to fight in some war, but I was too young. So the Astral Beings locked my up and put a shock collar on me. They would leave it on for hours...." I moved my hair away from my neck to show him the scars.

"That's terrible!" He ran up to me and gave me a hug. That's when Kallai came back.
