"Goodnight ninjas in the dark" The girl, apparently named Jade said quietly before chuckling and going into her bedroom.
I turned to J.J. and mouthed: 'Was she talking to us?' J.J. just shrugged. After what happened earlier in this house when we were snooping - Jade coming home and almost catching us in her kitchen because I tripped over a tupperware container sitting haphazardly in the middle of the kitchen floor - The boss would kill us if she knew we were there. Thankfully no one jumped down the stairs with a shotgun, so we assumed we were safe for the time being.
While snooping, me and J.J. found some helpful snippets of information that wasn't easily gathered. Such information like, Jade had a cousin we believed that lived a couple towns over, that we could say she was going to make a surprise visit. Second we found out that Jade's dad went out of town quite a bit for "business trips". We assumed he was meeting up with a few ladies, with whom he had other families. We also found out that Jade was 19 years old, two years younger than our boss. Finally we learned that her birthday was April 18th, in approximately 84 days. (Derick's birthday is January 25 for those who don't want to do the math)

After explaining everything to the boss he dismissed us to do as we pleased for the rest of the night, as tomorrow night we were putting the plan into action. I decided I was going to go to the gaming room to fuck with people on GTA. J.J. came into the room a minute later and turned off the game.
" Aye man what the hell?!" I yelled at him.
"Boss asked to see us." He put simply
I groaned and walked out of the room to the bosses office.
"What's up doc?" I said as I flopped on the small loveseat the boss has in his office. He just glared at me so I put my feet down and cleared my throat cautiously.
"Jade." He said staring me down, "I will have her by the end of the month." He paused
"Yes sir." I said playfully, earning a glare from J.J.
"If she is not in this house by the end of the month, someone is getting hurt. And that person is most likely going to be you." The boss said bluntly.
I swallowed. "Yes sir I won't let you down." I said nervously before rushing out of the room.
