Chapter 2

I was so confused as to why she was at my apartment. Especially at this time of night.

"Hi Maci's look-alike." I said with a yawn.

She dropped down some food. It was one of my favorites, roasted chestnuts. I felt a sense of relief coming from my stomach after eating the chestnuts. I was for sure ready for bed then. Maci's look-alike was suddenly gone.

I was extremely exhausted and ready to sleep. I decided to put my red striped pajamas on and hit the shack.

I woke up startled. My dream confused me. I had never had a dream like it before. I played it over in my head, or atleast the parts I could remember. The most I could remember was me being pulled by a string, and at the end of the string was a person. She looked like a brown taaby-cat. I recall her name being something like Milkyway...or MILKSHAKE. Her name was Milkshake.

"Why would I be dreaming of some brown cat that I don't even associate with?" I thought to myself.

I then realized I wanted to meet this Milkshake person, if she was even real.

I needed a bath. I smelt like the inside of a garbage can. I had a problem. It took Maci's look-alike forever to solve my problem. Almost an hour I think. When she finally got to me she gave me a bath set. I was so relieved. I headed to the bathroom and hopped into the warm and bubbly water. It was the most relaxing thing I had experienced on this island. It was so lovely, I began to start humming to a song. Afterwards, I wrapped my pale body into a towel and went into my apartment room. My happiness went up. It got so high I leveled up. I was now on level 2. I was so happy when Maci's look-alike gave me a beauty kit as a gift. I now could finally put makeup on. Anyway, I put some clothes on and headed out to travel the island.

The first place I visited was the amusement park. Ahh, all the beautiful pink trees, blooming their lovely smelling flowers. Spring was my favorite time of year, and being at the amusement park made spring pop out. I began to travel the road that took me all across the island. I realized I was getting lost. I didn't know where I was.

"Um hi, you look lost. Can I help?" A tiny voiced said.

I turned around and the brown taaby-cat from my dream was standing infront of my face.

"Oh my gosh, you're the cat from my dream. Milkshake is your name right?"

"Uh, yes, how did you know...?"

"I dreamed about you last night. You pulled me by a string and-"

"Whoa whoa...slow down. Who are you?"

"Yes of course, I'm Shay Suder. I'm new here."

"Oh you are the transfer than Maci was telling me about two days ago. Hello, nice to meet you."

I sat silently, I was thrilled. I had finally made an actual friend, I think. Could this be? What if this is why I dreamed of her...

"Um hello..." She suddenly said.

"Oh sorry, hey. Do you think that you could show me my way around this place? I seem to keep getting myself lost."

"Of course, follow me."

We then took off.
