Dear Delilah West,
Why? Why would you do that? Why would you take your own life?
I now understand why. I have learnt that sometimes, you can't handle what life throws at you. You can't handle the pain, the pressure. You can't be brave, for anyone. Not even yourself.
People tell you to be strong. They tell you that you can live through the bad times. But sometimes you have to take the easy way out. That was what you did.
Delilah. You are my soulmate, my one and only. With you gone, I feel incomplete. Like half of me has gone away, never to return. So I'm going to follow that half. Put myself back together again. Put us back together. Like it was meant to be.
I love you.
I clutch the bottle tightly to my chest, and take the final step.
