The heart shattered teenager threw the TV remote on the settee next to her. It had been a few months since he went missing, people thought he had been kidnapped but before him and Minah ran, he left Kimyo a text.

Kimyo never did delete that text. Yes she could screenshot it and then delete it but then it wouldn't be as tragic when she looked at it over and over again as the months dragged past.

Seated on the window seat of her upstairs landing, Kimyo looked over the fields behind her house. Sun streaming in warming up her fair skin and illuminating the surroundings around her, the couple of hours before sunset where her favourite. 

It only seemed yesterday that she was that young 8 year old enthusiastic about meeting her knight in shining armor, dreaming of having a white wedding, dancing her first dance with her one and only love. But now she would only be dancing alone to what should have been the song to her first dance, looking at the thriving families around her, wishing that was her. It should've been her.

Why did he have to be so selfish? 

Why did always have to be about him and his needs?

As Kimyo watched the last of the sun disappear behind the tree line, Kimyo's thoughts went back to Jungkook for the thousandth time in the past three months.
