Yes (final)

This morning when I got to school, Ida was acting like nothing happened between us. She just said hi and told me what the answer to question four was on our math homework. She was acting normal but I knew something was up.
Texts
11:16 am:
B: R u ok?
11:23 am:
Ida <3: We're in class. No texting
B: U were acting weird this morning
B:Text back
B: pls

School went by slow as usual and I planned on meeting Ida outside of the front of the school to get some answers.

5 minutes later
I spotted her and grabbed onto her wrist from behind.
"Oh...hi."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
"Yeah right."
"It's true."
"Did I do something wrong."
"..."
"What are we?"
She finally turned around and gave me a hug. Still hugging me, she whispered into my ear,
"I don't know, it's hard but...but I'd like to think that...you're my girlfriend." I couldn't hold back anymore. I just released all my feelings into a kiss. A kiss that meant more than anything I could say right then.
"Do you wanna be my girlfriend?."
"Yes...of course."

Ida and I didn't care what others thought. Despite all the glares and nasty comments, we stay together because we know that we love each other. I still think back to the day I first saw her, thinking this girl is beautiful, she could never like me but 'this girl' I met in the school library is the one I will spend the rest of my life with.
