The sudden reveal

When we got to the restaurant we sat down at a table for four, we ordered our drinks and looked through the menu. We settled on a pizza for us all to share and we got some calamari for an appetizer.

" So are we all sure that's what we want to order? " I asked everyone closing my menu and looking around.

" Yep, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that " Adam told me looking at Hazel and Max, they both gave a slight nod.

The waiter came up a little while later to order our appetizer, and our meal. Suddenly the lights dimmed and Max got up, I was kinda confused to what was happening. He got on one knee and reach to his pocket, I instantly knew what he was going to do but kept my tear back.

" Cyrus? Do you love me? " Max asked looking me in the eye holding something in his hands at his side.

" Of course I love you Max " I said starting to cry.

" Then it leads me to this question that will change our lives for forever, will you marry me" he said with his eyes tearing up.

" ...I...I love you Max..., of course I will marry you " I said now crying more and more every second.

He got up and hugged me while everyone in the restaurant ohhhed and Awwed, the lights went back on and me and Max released from our hug and he kissed me on the forehead. The waiter brought our pizza and some refills on the drinks, we finished our pizza in 10 minutes and played for the bill. Me and Max dropped Hazel off at her house and Adam off at his house, when me and Max got home I told him we need to talk and he gave me a worried look and walked off to the living room to talk.

" I need to tell you something I regret not telling you before " I told Max, he gave me another worried look and told me to start talking.

" Im- Im kind of a witch, a good witch though " told him.

" Babe don't worry I completely believe you and you don't have to worry you are safe with me, ok? " He said to me rubbing my shoulders.

" Ok, im gonna go to sleep " I told him and he told me he has to edit one of Adams videos.

I walked upstairs and got into the pajamas, I hopped into bed and had a horrible dream. I was in the witch realm and I was telling the witch lord that I have told Max I'm a witch, then suddenly the floor dropped and I fell into a jail sell. The witch lord grabbed me by the cuff of my shirt and slit my throat, once I fell to the ground from death he walked out chuckling. I woke up and looked around and I was safe and sound, I looked over at Max to see if he was ok and he was fine. I went down stairs to grab a glass of water and saw a plate of cookies, I went over and saw there was a note that read " he will never remember " I sat down at the bar and stared at the cookies.
