Telling my Parents

Stephanie's POV

Today is the day I'm gonna do it. I'm telling my parents that I'm pregnant and keeping the baby. Hunter is telling his parents today too. I'm not telling Shane and luckily he isn't home. But my parents are which is odd but good cause I need to tell them this. I wish Hunter could be here but we agreed to tell our parents separately.

"Mom. Dad. I need to tell you guys something." I said nervously. "Were you kicked out of school?" My dad asked. "No. God no." I said surprised he thought that of all things. My grades are perfect and I'm a great student. "I'm pregnant and I'm keeping the baby." I whispered afraid they would yell at me. "Who's the father?" My dad asked looking like he was trying to keep calm. My mother was just looking shocked. "Hunter." I whispered looking down. "Oh." My father and mother said looking at each other almost as if they expected it to be Hunter. "Honey do you really think you can be a mom and finish high school?" My mother asked. "Yes Hunter is going to help me a lot. I know I can do this." I said. "Alright honey if you think you can do this go for it." My mom said. "Yes thank you mom." I said and went to my room to call Hunter and tell him how it went and ask him how it was with his parents.
