Brookes POV
I sat by window looking out into the woods, trying to take my mind off all of the shit that I had gone through today. I thought about all my friends and how they would rather have me gone, they all think i'm just some kind of problem.
I brought up my sketch pad, thinking that it might help me to get my emotions out. I searched the woods for any sign of inspiration when I saw A white wolf stride out of the the bushes and to the back steps of the house. I gasped at it's beauty. I'd never seen one come so close before.
As I watched the wolf it's ears perked up and it looked into the forest. I looked to only to see a shirtless man standing there. He was covered in blood and looked like he was about to pass out at any moment. I jumped up and ran to my bedroom door and out to the hall. I didn't stop till I crashed into a tall figure, Siren.
"Brooke! Would you slow down!" He yelled at me playfully. I shook my head and jumped off him and out the door, I had to help the guy in the woods. Siren ran after me, yelling at me, trying to get me to come back. Once I reached the back door I slung it open and jumped out. The wolf was nearing the woods but turned in time to see me coming. It growled and did a protective stance in front of the opening in the bushes.
"It's okay!" A voice yelled weakly. The wolf calmed and I saw the man step out from behind it. He went to hold up his hand, but fell to the ground. On his back were two long gashes that were pouring out blood. I moved closer to try to help, when I realized that....that he wasn't wearing any pants.
"Siren!" I yelled behind me. Siren came running but stopped when he saw the scene in front of him.
"Brooke....Brooke get away from him!" He yelled as he ran forward.
"No, help me get him inside, can't you see that he's hurt man!" I yelled back. I picked the guy up by one arm and Siren picked him up with the other. The guys skin was covered in blood, making it hard to pick him up. He kept slipping from my grip.
"What happened? Why is he naked? " Siren yelled at me.
"I don't know just get him into the house!" I yelled back. Siren shut up and helped me hall him up the steps. The wolf stopped at the steps and sadly watched as we closed the door. We halled naked guy to the kitchen and layed him on the table.
"Go get Andy, Ray, and Cody. They can run and get supplies. Zoe, Ashley and Fionna can help me alright." I ordered. Siren ran and started yelling at everyone to come help. Zoe walked in with a concerned look that suddenly grew worse when she saw naked guy on the table.
"Andy! Go get towels, bandages, antibiotics, and alcohol. We need to clean his wounds. Ray go get him some of CC's clothes, when hes cleaned up i'm sure he's not gunna want to be running around naked. Cody, fill a big bowl with some water and get me some tweezers." She ordered. She gave me a small smile before ordering everyone else around. Zoe was always the one in charge when It came to taking care of people, it's what she's in college for.
"What do we need to do?" I asked her. She studied naked guys wounds before answering me.
" We need to clean these wounds so we can tell how bad they are." She said, picking up a towel out of the stack and gave her.
"At the count of three we need to turn him on his stomach, the wounds on his back are the ones we need to get to first." She ordered. We counted and naked guy was now at the full advantage to Zoe. She took the towel and soaked it in water. She then told Ashley and I to the do the same. She slowly poured water into his gaping wounds. She very gently cleaned the dried congealed blood from his wounds to see the full damaged.
"Oh god, Z. This guys been through hell." Ashley sighed beside me. I looked at him and nodded in agreement.
"That may be the case but we aren't going to let him stay there." She growled. She picked up the pair of tweezers and began to gently remove any debris from naked guys wounds. He would occasionally moan in pain, which in return Zoe and I would softly tell him it would be okay, that he'd be better in no time.
"This may sting a bit. Ashley hold him down by the shoulders. Be careful of the bite wound. Siren hold his legs. We don't want him falling off the table now." She slowly put a few drops of alcohol in his wounds at a time. Each time naked guy wound flinched.
"Sit him up carefully. We need to patch him up." She said, grabbing the bandages. She wrapped them around his back and rib cage. She then moved on the bite wound. She poured water and alcohol in that one also, saying that it wasn't as bad as it looked. That naked guy was a very luck man. She put a bandage around that one as well and Ashley and Cody helped naked guy into some clothes.
"Zoe, thank you. You saved him." I said happily.
" He's not out of the woods yet Brooke. He needs to wake up and get his arm moving. let us treat him for infection. The wounds on his back were terribly wide. I don't know how he could've gotten some thing like them. Poor guy. Couldn't be older than us." She sighed as she cleaned her hands and her tools.
"When do you think he could wake up?" I asked worriedly.
"Hard to tell. he could wake up in an hour, a week. Maybe even a year." She frowned. I did the same and began to walk away.
"Either way. He's very lucky to have been found. You saved him. You should be in his room this very moment to be the very first thing he sees." She laughed. I smiled and listened. I walked up stairs only to be greeted with hushed whispering. That all stopped when I came into view.
"Which room is he in guys?" I asked. Andy pointed to the one by mine and I nodded thankfully. When I walked in naked guy was snoozing peacefully. He needed it.
I pulled up a chair and silently sat down beside him. I wondered where he had come from, his name, and even his age. I wondered how he had gotten here and into my house. I wondered why I had saved a guy I didn't even know. Just then the door slowly opened. I looked to see that it was Siren.
"Hey, um do you want me to stay with him. What if he's some crazy dude that wants to chop up teenage girls." Siren joked.
I shook my head and laughed," You kidding right. Siren i'm not a little kid anymore. I can take care of my self. " Siren pouted and came beside me.
" I don't know Brooke. Your still the skinny little dork I grew up with. If he wakes up call me okay." He said worriedly. I nodded and he turned to walk out of the room. He looked back and gave me and smile that I returned with a pillow to the face. He laughed and ran out the door before I could throw another. When I turned around I saw something I didn't expect to see. Naked guy was awake.
