His Baby Girl

(1) Customers

"Good morning" I greet as I get inside the cafe that I worked at. "Go and change your outfit. I bet we'll have lots of customers, as usual" she, Jieun throws an apron to me. I catch the apron and shake my head after.

I go to the counter and make a drink for myself before my shift starts. Iced caramel latte, that's my drink. "Welcome" I bow a bit as two customers came in. They look at me as their eyes move a bit.

One of them is tall while another is a lot shorter than him. The tall man's eyes look very familiar though, it's almost like we've met before. "May I have what you have?" the short one point to the cup near me.

I look at it and bit my lower lips a bit. "Is that all?" I look at them. "Two iced chocolate, three iced cappuccinos, four iced lattes, two iced mocha" the tall one said, looking u from my phone. I start making the short guy's order first since it's my drink.

I then softly sang to a song while filling the cup with cream. "Here is iced caramel latte" I place the cup on the counter and smile at him. "This is a cafe, not a stage. Do your work and don't make the customers wait"

Jieun said, glaring at me. I just rolled my eyes and gave them the last cup. "All of this is 72 972 won" I smile as they give a credit card. "Nice voice. You have the potential to be a singer, trust me" the tall boy said.

"Thank you" I blush as I tuck my hair behind my right ears. "I recommend you to audition at SM Entertainment" the short one said. "I'll think about your suggestion. Thanks for the compliment" I blushed harder as I gave them the receipt.

The short man took a pen from my pocket and flip the receipt, writing something on it. "Here, it's my number" the short man smile, winking too. "Thank you" I mumble, looking down to the counter.

"Bye baby girl" he waves as he winks again and left. I just blush until Jieun pushes me aside. "Go and work at the back" she said and continue with her work. I just take my drink and rolled my eyes to that bïtch.

"Welcome" a very cute girl said to us as she sips her drink. I bow a bit as I smile to her although I'm wearing a face mask. "May I have what you have?" Suho points to her cup. She looks at her cup and bit her lower lips.

"Is that all?" she asks while her fingertips glide on the screen, then she stares at us repeatedly. Now that I'm staring at her, she looks very familiar. Like we've known for a long time ago. I blinked away the thought and shrugged it off.

Maybe she's just someone that looks familiar. Very familiar.

"Two iced chocolate, three iced cappuccinos, four iced lattes, two iced mocha" I said and look up from my phone then.

"Can we go and buy some iced coffee before we practice?" Sehun whines while clinging onto my biceps. "Sehun, no" I said sternly, staring right into his eyes. "Why?" he looks at me with that puppy eyes, kinda tearing up.

"Just no" I look away. "Why?" he starts to whine and shook my arm. "You better go before we're late for practice" Kris growl at both Sehun and me. "Kid these days" I grumble as I pulled the nearest person which happen to be Kai.

Sehun hugs me excitedly while saying thank you before I manage to walk away. "Why did he want a coffee in the morning? We can always buy them after practice or during our break" I complain and groan at Kai while rubbing my temple.

"Welcome" a very cute girl said to us as she sips her drink. I smile to her as I bow a bit. "May I have what you have?" I point to her cup. She looks at it and bit her plump lips. "Is that all?" she looks at us, repeatedly.

I'm too busy study her doll-like face while Kai said something. Maybe he's saying what we want to order. "All of them are iced, right?" I whisper to his ear, as he nods swiftly.

Her pale skin, hazel eyes, rosy cheeks, cute button nose, plump and kissable lips. Her face is perfect than my whole creation. Then, how about her whole creation? Girl, I'm melted.

She started making our drinks as she plugged in her earphone, then started singing an English song. Ah, her voice is so angelic while her moves are so delicate. Her moves are so soft, as soft as a silk.

Her voice is angelic, better than all the amazing singers sang together. I think I fall in love at first sight. I take out my phone and record her. "Here is iced caramel latte" she mumbles following the rhythm as she put it on the counter.

"This is a cafe, not a stage. Do your work and don't make the customers wait" a girl said, glaring at her. I just furrow my eyebrows at her. I hate that girl. She must have 'touch' her face, trying to steal the light of my baby girl.

She just rolled her eyes and gave us the last cup. "All of this is 72 972 won" she smiles as I gave her the credit card. "Nice voice. You have the potential to be an idol, trust me" Jongin said. "Thank you" she blushes as she tucks her hair.

Oh, how I wish I can to that instead. "I recommend you to audition at SM Entertainment" I then add as she nods. "I'll think about your suggestion. Thanks for the compliment" she blushes harder as hand us the receipt.

I took a pen from her pocket and flip the receipt, writing something on it. "Here, it's my number" I wink and hand her both the receipt and pen. "Thank you" she mumbles as she blushes harder. "Bye baby girl"

I wave and winks for the last time, making her lips curled up into a cute smile. "Why did you gave her your phone number?!" Kai blurted out as we're outside the cafe. I just sip my drink while grinning.

"Jealous?" I laugh when he hit my arm. "Where is it?" Sehun jog to us. He takes the iced latte and drinks it. "Sweet and creamy" he mumbles and continues to drink it. "Drink slowly Sehun" Kai pat Sehun's back when he chokes.
