CHAPTER ONE<3
My name is Mikayla Queen, i'm 19 years of age, and I live in Mullingar, Ireland. I moved out of my parents house when I was 16 because I just got so sick of being in my perfect sisters' shadow, she never did anything wrong. I was the screw up of the family,but yeah I've been living with my best friend Tammy and she's the kind of best friend that if my breathing is not the same as it was two minutes ago she'll know something is wrong. You know how in every pair of best friends one is mean and one is completely opposite, you know sweet and giving...well people think i'm the mean one. No, wrong. I'm actually the sweet one of the two! "Mik! Are you ready for work?!" Tammy asks me jerking me from my thoughts. Oh damn! I forgot I had to work today! Tammy and I both work at Nandos. I think its really fun working there but Tammy doesn't like it as much as I do because she's not a people person. "Um...nope. I forgot." i tell her. She rolls her eyes, grabs a cinnamon roll of the stove, and takes a huge bite out of it, her eyes not leaving me. "I'm going. I'm going. Geez Tam!" i laugh and run to my room to get my work clothes on. After they're on I throw my hair up and run to the kitchen to get a cinnamon roll. "Awe Tam! You're the best!" I kiss her on the cheek and run out to jump in the car. While finishing my cinnamon roll, Tammy comes out of the flat walking to her car. "You ready for another day in chicken hell?" she asks once in the car. "Yes!!" i say enthusiastically. She gives me a dirty look "You in a good mood makes me sick." she says plainly.I point to the clock "We are going to be late." She starts the car and pulls out of the driveway. Another great day ahead! Maybe there will be a cute boy!!
