"Kira found Brett. They're fine but we've got to go." Scott states. "More assassins?" Liam questions. "Maybe a lot more." Scott answers. "Different than the one who just tried to set us on fire?" Liam asks. "I think so, yeah." Scott replies.
"Do they ever sleep?" I question. "I guess not. Are you coming?" Scott asks. "Of course. Why wouldn't I be?" I question. "Well, I thought that since Stiles was in the hospital-" Scott starts. "Stiles isn't the priority right now. Melissa said that he's fine, might have a mild concussion. He'll live, they might not." I state.
Liam puts the bike helmet back on the table. "How about I take you home?" Scott asks. "I'm not like you." Liam says. "Not yet." Scott replies. "I don't mean I'm not strong, or I'm never gonna learn how to be in control. I mean everything else. You and your friends try to protect everyone. Have you been doing this the whole time? I mean, how are you all still alive?" Liam questions.
"Not all of us are." Scott answers. None of them deserved what they got. The room is completely silent for a moment, then Scott shakes us all out of it. "Let me at least take you home." Scott insists. Liam grabs the helmet.
"How are you gonna get there?" Liam asks. "I'm gonna go into the garage and pull out my car. Something I haven't used in a long while. I have adequate transportation, enjoy the ride." I state. They both exit the house.
"I don't know if you're even listening right now, but I miss you Allison. We all do." I admit to the seemingly empty room. I grab my keys and start driving to Deaton's. I got there before Scott because he had to drop Liam off.
Kira leads me to the exam room and I see multiple werewolves in there. They all look beaten down and frightened. "You must be the Satomi I've heard so much about." I state. "Hopefully all good things." Satomi replies.
"Not exactly, but I'm not one to judge." I say. "Okay, so we're just waiting for him to arrive and we can get everything started." Kira announces. "We're not gonna have to wait much longer. He just pulled up." I state hearing the roar of his bike.
Kira goes out to greet him. They haven't seen each other for a few days and they're still in the honeymoon phase. A day apart feels like a century. Kira walks in with Scott. "Satomi, this is who I was telling you about." Kira says.
"I know who Scott McCall is." Satomi states. A few years ago nobody knew who Scott was, no he's apparently a household name. "Are we safe here?" A Brett questions. "We're gonna need help. A lot of help." Scott says.
I spend the night patching up injured werewolves. Even though I shouldn't be, I can't stop worrying about Stiles. I just need to see that he's okay, and then I can go back to whatever post break up self loathing this is.
Scott seems to notice my state of being distracted. "Hey, if you want to just step out for a few, check on Stiles. We'll be good here." Scott states. "How did you know it was about Stiles?" I question. "I've seen that look on your face many times before. I also know that whatever happens between you and Stiles, you'll always love him and care about him. Now go, see him for yourself." Scott says.
My drive to the hospital was full of anxiety. The foot that wasn't on the gas was bouncing up and down. I take a deep breath and enter the hospital. I see Melissa at the front desk. "Looking for Stiles? He's down the hall." Melissa states.
I walk right up to his room and go to turn the knob. "Nope, not doing this." I say and walk back. "What are you doing?" Melissa question. "Chickening out. There is no way I can go in there." I state. "Look, I don't know what happened between you and Stiles, but I'm not going to let you leave until you at least go in there." Melissa announces.
"Really?" I ask. "Really." Melissa replies grabbing my hand and pulling me to the door. She knocks on it and then opens it. I hide behind her for some reason. I shouldn't be this stressed, it's just Stiles. "You find a tape player?" Stiles asks.
