Karkat POV

In my head I was screaming

<"FUCKING GOD DAMN WHY, WHY DID I DECIDE TO STAY SO I WONT HURT MY BROTHERS FUCKING FEELINGS>

We were in the living room, there was a huge couch on one side, and a small one that could fit one person. Kankri sat on that couch, I sat on the big couch along with Cronus and Aranea

I gripped my phone hard in one hand, and dropped the book that was in my other hand. I wanted to FUCKING SCREAM at the top of my lungs

Kankri looked at me with his eyes, his head still down to the book. A tad of curiosity filled his eyes.

"Karkat? Is anything 69thering y9u 6r9ther?"

"NO, EVERYTHING IS FINE"

"Karkat, i kn9w when s9mething is 69thering y9u, n9w tell me, what's the madder?"

"(No.. Everything is fine)"
I said camly so he wont get suspicious

Aranea and Cronus looked at me in a puzzled expression. I dont think theyve ever heard me calm before.

"Well, 6y y9ur expressi9n, I sense 69redome. I can tell y9u that y9u didnt need t9 come"
Kankri said with his head down flipping to a page

I didnt hear the rest of what my brother said. I dropped my book and ran off to my room.

I was in my room, enlighten with rage. I couldve went with ERIDAN AND SOLLUX IN THE FIRST PLACE. I was sitting on my slime bed, gripping the covers hard as I could

Why did my STUPID BROTHER NEVER INDICATE I DIDNT NEED TO GO. I gripped my hair trying to get a whole of myself.

I gripped my hair harder and started shaking my head around, until my boxes catched my eye

Its just been 2 days since ive been here and Ive never finished unpacking my boxes. All of them had different labels such as *CLOTHES* *SICKLES* *ITEMS*.

I stood up and walked up to the box *OLD SWEEP DAYS*. I ripped the tape with my teeth, Ironic. And opened the flaps

Inside was a bunch of things, a journal, scrapbooks, Pictures ect. YES I DID CARE ABOUT THESE DOUCHES.

I grabbed the Scrapbook and the Journal and walked back to my Slime bed. Slime beds are similar to what human's call "WATER BEDS" but the water is replaced with slime, and every troll has one. Theres a small flap to open up if you ever wanted to see the slime,
Some trolls decide to sleep in the slime instead, since its more comfortable.

I opened the scrapbook, there was a page for each troll.. Even Vriska.

I turned to the page where it was about Eridan, there was a lot about him on there. The trolls with the most pages of them in here were Sollux, Gamzee, Eridan and Terezi.

Allow me to explain if you have DIFFERENT THOUGHTS. No its not like a stalking system. It was, pictures of us when we were with eachother, or things they have given me, with little notes on the side. And small detailed information that THEY'VE ACTUALLY TOLD ME.

I mostly  had these 4 trolls because I was flushed for all of them once, Except Gamzee. Terezi was my longest flushed crush, until I gave up because she went with the FUCKING SHIT FACE COOLKID. Then I got over Terezi and flushed over Sollux, I considered him as a best friend, next to Gamzee. Sollux did not understand me that much and I felt, if we ever became matesprits, will the quadrant last forever?

Then I started seeing Eridan more when I talked to Sollux, Eridan would flirt with him OVER AND OVER. I thought it was just to get him to be flushed for him imstead of Fef.

At first we had small conversations when he was with Sollux. Sollux just looked disgusted at Eridan the whole time.

Then, we started planning these meet ups. He would constantly ask for quadrant adivice, because obviously, he needed them, and I was fucking glad to give him the advice. We would gossip about other trolls. I had the best time with him

I felt red feelings towards him, at first I was DISGUSTED. Then, I accepted that I was flushed for.. ERIDAN AMPORA.

Am I still flushed for him? I flipped another page at the Eridan section.

I saw this note, it was given by him when I was turning 7 sweeps. I read it in my head imagining it was Eridan's voice reading it

"Hey Kar, wwhats up? WWoww, I cant believve your finally catchin up to our age, your finally 7 swweeps, wwell I became 7 sweeps first. WWell, this is supposed to be, happy, so I'll get the point. You havve been my *Friend* wwhen no one else did, You gavve me GOOD quadtrant advvice.. So uhm, wwhat im tryin to say is, I think of you as my.. Best friend? Oh cod.. I dont wwant this to be too touchy"

A single red tear slid down my cheek as a small amount of red tinted my cheeks.

Knocking came from the door.

"6r9ther? Are y9u 9kay? I heard n9thing from the r99m all day*

I wiped the tear as fast as I could and replied to Kankri

"IM TRYING TO READ ASSHOLE"

"Karkat, that is n9t the right way t9 treat y9ur fell9w family mem6ers. H9w w9uld dad feel? H9w w9uld 9ur lusus feel that his well raised s9n has been using f9wl language t9wards a family member. This c9uld be triggering for him."

He kept going on and on that instead of hearing regular words, all I heard was

I spaced out a little during his lecture until Kankri's yell placed me back into reality.

"KARKAT VANTAS"

I didnt respond whatsoever. Then I heard his footsteps fading away. I felt relieved that he was gone already.

I looked to my Huskpod to see someone has texted me, I checked the name
