*Author note: this is written for someone, even if they don't read it, its still said.
Blue Skies
Goosebumps are all over my skin,
I curl up with a blanket but it doesn't go away,
I'm still cold.
The cold isn't coming from outside,
It's coming from my insides as my heart turned to ice,
My veins and arteries slowly froze after it.
My brain is blocking the information instead of searching for more.
I know this could have been prevented if I knew how to save a life,
I want your monster to burn like I burned mine,
Could I save you?
I will never get used to it,
I can't get used to it.
I will forgive you,
I forgive you,
I'll forgive you.
I'm in a bad dream,
This bad dream is reality,
Hold on, I will hold on for you.
I was fighting,
I'm to tired to fight.
Don't you dare ask me how I am,
It's not me who has fallen.
For blue skies you will be safe,
For blue skies you will survive,
For blue skies you will be happy,
For blue skies everything will be okay,
For blue skies you will never do it again,
For blue skies I will protect you,
For blue skies I will save you,
Blue, blue skies.
