After the Quidditch match, Harry and Rosa wanted nothing more, than to be able to defend themselves from dementors.

They had asked Professor Lupin to teach them, and he agreed to start after the holidays.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Christmas was just around the cornor, and the whole school was excited.

Although she usually stayed at Hogwarts for Christmas, Rosa loved the the holiday. It gave her am opportunity to appreciate the incredible people in her life.

Rosa had developed quite the reputation for herself in doing so. She always made Christmas greetings cards for all of her teachers, and also gave her teachers a stack to hand out to the class.

Each card had the person's name on the front, a unique positive message on the inside, and a candy cane. She had debated weather or not to put her name on the cards, but Daniel said she should.

She had had to give Daniel some money to buy the candy canes for her at Honeydukes, as she couldn't go herself.

Hagrid, at first, was against giving a card to Draco, after what he had done at his first lesson.

Rosa managed to convince him in the end, by saying that the best revenge, is to be kind.
-------------------------------------------------------------
It was the second last day of classes before the winter holidays, and all Rosa could think about, was the end of the day, when she could finish preparing for tomorrow.

She always handed out her cards on the last day of classes.

As soon as classes were done, Rosa as walked as quickly as she could towards the common room.

She walked so quickly, Daniel had a hard time keeping up with her.

"Are you sure you don't need help?" He asked her.

"Oh, yeah. It's fine Daniel." She replied. "It was my idea, it's only fair that I do the work. Besides, you're the one who got the candy canes."

"Yeah, but I don't mind." He said with a wink.

Rosa smiled at him.

"Alright, Dan. But, if you get bored, you can stop whenever you like."

The two of them reached the common room, and Daniel said the password to the Fat Lady.

"Oh, you two. Just a moment. I want to show you a trick I've been practicing!" She said enthusiastically.

Daniel and Rosa knew what was coming. They had both become quite good friends with her over the course if their time at Hogwarts, and so they knew that these things could take quite some time. They exchanged a glance.

"Actually, we... sort of... have a lot of work to get done, so-" Daniel began. Rosa could tell he was trying not to be rude. The Fat Lady however, cut him off.

"Oh, Daniel. This will only take a moment." She told him. He and Rosa were the only people who she addressed by their first names.

The Fat Lady then began to make a series of loud, high pitched screeching noises, Rosa guessed, in attempt to shatter the glass in her hand.

As she did, a group of other Gryffindors gathered behind them, also wanting to get inside.

Daniel and Rosa both recoiled slightly, but didn't cover their ears like everyone else, although they were tempted.

After a while, the Fat Lady eventually visibly broke the glass on the wall behind her.

"Oh, how magnificent!" She said proudly."
