Escaped Again?! Never Mind...

Chapter 1 ~ The Beginning

A/N: I own none of these characters, except for Rosa Potter, and Daniel Parker. I also do not own this story. All subject matter belongs to J.K Rowling. This is just a Fan Fiction, strictly for entertainment purposes.

Rosa Potter grew up in a small orphanage in London, not too far from Harry. There was something about her that differed from all the other children, and she knew it. She just didn't know what.

There was only one person who really understood her, and who she knew she could always trust and rely on. His name was Daniel Parker. A boy just Rosa's age. He and Rosa both never really seemed to fit in, and met at the tender age of four.

Every so often, Daniel would sneak onto the orphanage grounds to see Rosa, and they would play together, as neither really had any other friends.

This continued until they reached age eleven, when Rosa's life would change without warning.

A man by the name of Hagrid came to the orphanage the day after July 31st, Rosa's birthday. All the children ran away from him, scared by his enormous size, except Rosa. She thought his beetle black eyes looked rather friendly.

"Hello, Rosa!" Hagrid said rather enthusiastically.

Rosa was taken aback. How did he know her? Why was he here?

"You k-know me?" Rosa peeped.

"Oh, how rude of me!" Shouted Hagrid, and he smacked his forehead. He had forgotten she wouldn't know him.

"The name's Hagrid. Rubeus Hagrid." He said, and shook Rosa's hand vigorously.

Rosa smiled. So far, she really liked this man, and he seemed to like her too.

"Nice to meet you, Rubeus!" She said, trying to meet his enthusiasm.

"Oh, please. Call me Hagrid" He said, and smiled back.

"Um, I hope you don't mind my asking, Hagrid, but how do you know me?" Rosa asked quietly. To her surprise, Hagrid's smile only broadened.

"Why, I met you when you was only a baby, and your brother too." Hagrid said casually.

Rosa's eyes widened, and her heart nearly leaped out of her chest.
"I have a brother?!" She asked in disbelief.

Hagrid smacked his forehead again. He had forgotten she wouldn't know that either.

"Yes, his name is Harry, and he's yer twin."

Had a twin brother!

"I would have come here yesterday, but, I was with Harry." Said Hagrid. "Well, what'r you wait'n fer? Let's go!"
Rosa was confused. At her confused expression, Hagrid hit his forehead a third time. Any more, and he'd have a concussion!

"I almost forgot to mention, yer a witch!"

At this, Rosa's eyes nearly popped out of her head! A witch?! No, she couldn't be.

"Um, are you sure you don't have the wrong girl?" She questioned.

Hagrid looked somewhat offended.
"No! 'Course not! I'm the one that brought you here in the first place!"
He then handed Rosa a letter sealed with a red crest Rosa had never seen before. She looked to Hagrid before opening it, and he nodded. She then opened the letter. It read:

Dear Ms. Rosa Potter,

We are please to inform you, that you've been excepted to Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Enclosed is a list of things you will need for school, and also your ticket for the Hogwarts express.
