The picnic

It's about 2 and Camila still hasn't made it to the park. Lauren starts packing up some of Kingstons toys as she sees Camila running down the hill.
Camila:" I'm so sorry I'm late" Camila makes it down the hill and kisses Lauren on the cheek.
Lauren:" A whole hour late, where were you?"
Camila:" Had a meeting and it ran late, I'm sorry baby so where's the little rascel"
Lauren:" over there on the swings"
Camila:" okay I'm gonna go introduce my self, watch my phone and purse please" as she was about to go over there lauren stops her and says "hey, give me a real kiss, what kinda of shit was that, that little peck in the cheek" she says as she shakes her head and smiles.
Camila walks back an grabs Lauren's face and gives her a kiss that felt like it lasted for days but really only for a second. Camlia starts walking over "are you gonna come?" She says with a adoring smile turning back.
"In like 5, I gotta text back my manager about something, just go push him, the swing is his favorite part of the park" Lauren says as she sits down on a bench near them. A couple minutes go by and Camilla's phone starts buzzing from someone named Austin, it read ''really loved hanging out with you those months and our lunch earlier. Just wanted to see if you wanted to meet up again?" Laurens smile fell. She didn't know how to feel but she didn't want to ask her about it while Kingston was around. She decided to just ask her about it tomorrow when she dropped him off at daycare and before she went to practice. Kingston runs over to Lauren and says "mommy look what cam-cam brought me" he holds up a toy car "I'm gonna roll it down the slide" he's says as he runs to the slide. "He is so adorable, come on let's go play tag or something" camila says as they both start walking towards him. They get over there and start running after him saying" ooh I'm gonna get you".

About an hour goes by and Lauren thinks its time to go because its almost Kingston's nap time. They pick up his toys and walk Camila to her car. "Alright kiddo, you be good and maybe on Friday mommy will let me me take you to get some pizza, everyone loves pizza" she says with the cutest smile to where Lauren can take her eyes off her. She hands over Kingston to Lauren and says "Love you baby" gives her a kiss making lauren almost forget about the text. Camila gets in her car and drives off while Lauren and Kingston wave goodbye. "Mommy I like her" he says to her "I do too, I do too bighead, come on let's go home, it's almost nap time but first let's get something to eat, I'm starving" she says with a giggle as they walk back to her jeep and buckles him in.
