"What did he do to your cute little face?" Blessing asked with concern. "He punched me and knocked me down in the store then I came out here." I said flatly. She paused then kept rubbing my face and I seemed to relax. I still had feelings that never fully went away. It's just while we were dating some stuff was going on and we couldn't handle it. I stiffened as I saw Jamal standing behind Blessing as she rubbed my face up and down. I stepped back and she looked at me confused. "Whats wrong? Did I push on it too hard?" She asked concerned. "I want you to push on me that hard." Jamal said making Blessing almost jump to the sky. She squeaked like a mouse, and her face lit up like a Christmas tree. "God, you scared me half to death." She said her face turning red of embarrassment. Hearing him say that to her made my blood boil. Jamal was like a tower to her. I was too, but Jamal was 6'5 and i was 6'4. Just an inch. Blessing was 5'5 1/2. "Sorry to scare you." He said smiling, reaching down to kiss her. Blessing moved and he kissed the air and I had laughed a little.

"We should get going. That reservation for the restaurant is gonna expire soon." Jamal said to Blessing. She looked at me then look back at Jamal. "Yeah I know. Let me take Shawn home, and I'll meet you there." I took a step forward and looked at both Blessing and Jamal. " Come on Shawn, let's hurry up, we gotta go." Blessing said. I opened her door for her and she got in as I shut it. Jamal walked me around to the other side of the car. "You better not tell her about what happened to your face, or imma make you regret ever meeting me." He threatened. "I already did." I said under my breath and he heard me. Jamal pushed me on the ground. I made a loud grunting sound and Blessing got out the car to see me on the ground, and Jamal on one knee looking at me. "She better not figure out none of this or its gone be me and you aight?" He said more but it was kind of muffled. "Why did you push him Jamal?" She walked over to me and helped me up. "Why would you do that to him?! He hasn't done anything to you!" Blessing said yelling at him. They argued back and forward, then Blessing put her hand in his face and walked away. She got in the car and slammed the door shut then I got in and put my seatbelt on. "Do you still live in the same house?" She asked looking out the wind sheild. "Yeah. Are you ok Bless?" I asked calmly. "Yeah I'm fine. The real question is are YOU fine?" She said kinda raising voice. "Yeah girl you already know I'm fine as hell!" Then she stared laughing and I saw her beuatiful smile on her face again. We pulled out of the parking lot and Blessing took me home.
