My life is definitely not a fairy tale, in fact I would like a full refund on every fairy tale I have ever read because they are all incorrect. Fairytales are just a way of selling false hope to young children. There's no such thing as Prince Charming coming to save Cinderella with the glass slipper. No. Instead I am faced with the harsh reality that if you drop your shoe then your better off leaving it as if you stop then you show vunlabilaty to the world, and trust me when I say it's not a good thing. I am sadly faced with the truth that the most charming thing that a man does for a woman in this world now in when they wear decent condoms. In the story's people treat others with respect even if they work as a servant like Cinderella.
Maybe it's childhood that's the problem. Maybe it's the whole idea of childhood that's messed up. When many think of childhood they think of sweets, Disney, fun and parents, but when I think of my childhood I think of the lies, the neglect and the false hope that was delivered daily.
You see, I used to believe all that fairy tail lark but now I see what reality really is and it's sad to say it's not what we were lead to believe.
Many say life is what you make it, but is it really? Not everyone has a choice in life. Not everyone can have the worry of thinking about whether or not their precious parents are going to get them the new iPhone before it's even come out.
I didn't get a choice.
If I got a choice I wouldn't have life the way I have it. I would have my fairytale with my Prince Charming and all. I would have a thousand glass slippers but daily that's never going to happen.
My story is one that is unthinkable. My story is for some simply unimaginable. But the sad thing is that this is my story and I'm stuck in a never ending book.
Welcome to my story...
