The Day My Whole World Changed Before My Eyes

**First day of school**
**Matthews Pov**
I woke up today at 8:00 still thinking about yesterday with Nichole. She just makes me feel so alive and amazing. I have never felt this way before. I'm thinking about asking her out today though I'm still not sure. With that thought still lingering in my head I went to my closet to pick out my clothes for today.

Once I picked my outfit out I went to the bathroom to take a shower. After a quick 10 minute shower I got dressed and fixed my hair wanting to look good for both the first day of school to make a good impression and to look good for Nichole. Mainly the Nichole part because I could really care less what people thought about me as long as Nichole likes me. She's the only thing I need and want. She just sticks in my head like she belongs there.

When I'm finally done with my hair I go down stairs and grab an apple on the way out so I'm not late picking up Nichole. My parents are already at work as usual, but I don't mind being alone. When I get in my car after making sure I locked the door to the house I buckle up and head on to Nichole's house.
**Nichole's Pov**
I woke up to this morning thinking about last night. I don't know what's happening, but I actually dreamt of Matthew last night. I think I'm falling for him. Still thinking about him I get up out of bed to pick out my clothes for school today.

I really want to impress Matthew today, not sure why though, so I pick out a pair of skinny jeans, Nike tennis shoes, and a cute t-shirt. Then I head into the bathroom to take a quick shower before Matthew gets here. After my shower I get dressed and fix my hair while adding a hint of makeup. After I think I look pretty good I head out of the bathroom and in my room to grab my bag and phone. Once I get them I head across the hall and knock on Graces door while yelling "wake up, time for school"!!

When I hear her get up out of bed with a groan, I walk down the stairs to the kitchen to grab a protein bar, so I have actually eaten something since my mom freaks whenever I don't eat. My mom had already headed to work so I just waited in the kitchen till I heard a car pull up and a door opening. When I'm about to get up I hear a knock at the door. As I head to the door I start shaking nervously for some strange reason. I always feel this way whenever I am around Matthew. He just has this effect on me.

"Hi Matthew"! I greet when I open the door and lock it then I turn around and come face to face with him. Our faces inches apart. "Good morning beautiful", says Matthew in a really sexy voice. Right when he said that he pulls me in for an embrace and kisses me softly yet deep. After a few seconds he breaks it and turns around with his arm around my waist walking me to his car. Then he opens the door for me and shuts it while running to his side, getting in and buckling while I'm doing the same.

The ride to school was quite yet not in an awkward way. He had his hand on my thigh the entire drive just rubbing it. When we arrived at school not a lot of people were there yet because we were 20 minutes early, but there were still enough people there to notice Matthew and start whispering about him because he's new and they were also whispering about why someone like him would want to be with me. I was gonna start walking away so Matthew wouldn't get weird looks on his first day, but he just grabbed my arm when I started walking away and started heading into the school with me in toe. Not caring about anyone else looking.

When we entered the school we went right to our first class of the day which was Mr. Shepherds History class. Since there was no one in here yet we got to have the first pick at seats. We chose the back row and sat right next together. Matthew and I just talked till it was 5 minutes till the bell rung and at that moment a girl named Ashley Palmer walked in the room and that's when everything changed.
