Memphis POV
"Odell,I understand that you want to protect are family but your not a killer" I said turning his head towards me

"My father didn't hesitate to attempt to kill me, so why should I?" He said picking it up

"Because this isn't you,think about are family,Clayson and Phoenix" i said

"Phoenix is your problem,shes not mine" he shrugged

"Wow,your the only male figure she has,but never mind" i said walking away to her crib

I picked up Phoenix and rocked her around,Clayson walked into her room and saw me holding her

"Can i try?" Clayson asked sitting in the rocking chair

"Of course" i smiled putting her in Clayson lap

"Look mom,she smiled at me" Clayson laughed as Phoenix cooed, Odell been focused on keeping us safe,we haven't seen Odell father in a year and Odell been crazy about it,i cant go out for to long,and Clayson has to be homeschool and we only go on vacation once a year , hes paranoid

"Close the curtain,we don't want anyone watching us" he said closing them shut

"Daddy,can we go outside?" Clayson asked

"No" Odell said sternly

"Why n-"

"Damnit Clayson,i said no!" Odell snapped,Clayson eyes watered,i took Phoenix as he left the room

"Odell,really?" I said

"I said no the first time,he didn't listen" Odell said blankly,I put Phoenix in her crib and shook my head

"Memphis im trying-"

"Just stop" i said dull

"Memphis,im trying to protect us,we cant just walk in the streets like were normal,someone is out there trying to kill us!" Odell explained

"I know,but you can still be a good father while your at it" i said

"Im sorry,for everything" he took my hand

"I know your sorry,but im not the one you should be apologizing to" i said thinking of Clayson

He took a deep breath and leaned into Phoenix crib

"Daddy loves you,okay" he said kissing her forehead as she giggled,then he walked out

Odell POV

I walked into Clayson room,I know I've been harsh on him but its only because I love him and i don't want him to be weak in life.

" Hey bud" i smiled, he didn't do any thing

"Look,i'm sorry for yelling at you like that,daddy's been really stressed about stuff and i didn't mean to make you sad,okay?" i said

"its okay" he sniffed as he played with his toys,i kissed his forehead and left his room,i'll admit,i've been harsh on this family but its only because i love them and they mean the world to me.

Later on Memphis made dinner but she didn't eat,me and her haven't really been talking and when we do we mostly end up arguing. As me and Clayson ate she sat in her office,since we didn't live in New York anymore she had to work from Paris. I brought her a plate to her office.

"Memphis,you have to eat." i said putting a plate on her desk.

"I'm aloud to eat now? Yay" she said sarcastically

"Memphis,i'm not explaining myself again" i sighed

"Good,i'm tired of hearing it any ways" she said as she typed

"What do you want me to do? Because no matter what i do,you get angry or upset and you complain!"i asked

"I want you to stop being paranoid! Odell,its been a year,if your father really wanted us dead he would of killed us by now,so loosen up!" she replied

"You don't know my dad the way i know him,the moment we get comfortable he'll snap" i said snapping my fingers

"Odell,have you ever thought of just giving up the company" she said softly

'No,that company is the reason why your walking around in $753 shoes!" I said

"You dont need the company,you have $89.2 billion we can live off that plus my $75 billion,were good" she smiled as she walked closer to me

"I worked my ass off for that company and im not about to lose all of that because of asshole i called my father. I thought you would understand" i said as i raised my hand. She stepped back and shook.

"Im sorry,i forgot" i looked down

"Its okay,goodnight" she walked out

"Memphis" i said as she walked away,i had forgotten the whole Blake situation and when i moved my hands a surtain way she gets scared. Its like everything i do,hurts her.
