Byungjoo's POV

My nose was buried in a book as I made my way to class.

"OOF-!!!"

"What the hell is your problem?!?!"

As I walked blindly, a student seemed to bump into me, dropping her books in the process.

"I'm so sorry..."

Bowing in full, I knelt down to pick up her stuff. My eyes widened once I noticed who it was.

"Oh~ Joojoo is being her clumsy little self again~ How pathetic!"

Her name was Raeyun, one of the rich kids in the school.

Giving a nervous smile, I handed over her fallen books quickly before walking away with mine. She muttered something under her breath once I passed her, but I refused to let it get to me.

"Nerd."

Onew's POV

Aish... This girl.

I shook my head in disapproval at hyung's younger sister.

Ever since he graduated last year, no one has been able to watch over Joo, there was no one to protect her. We both agreed that the kid was way too kind for her own good.

She thought that bullies would eventually get tired of her, seeing that she refused to fight back. But it only made them annoy her more, a contest of who can eventually push Joo's limit.

Before heading off to mine, I took a peek in their classroom to check up on her.

Joo was in her usual spot in the far corner of the room, face buried in the same book awhile ago. You can clearly tell that she was more towards the introverted side, shutting out every human in the room.

Being hyung's dongsaeng, do I have the authority to guide and protect her?

LUNCH...

Byungjoo's POV

*Crash!*

While I wasn't looking, Raeyun sneaked up on me, smacking my tray of lunch to the floor.

"Oops~! Oh~Joo, I'm so sorry..."

She looked at me with a pouty face.

"That's what you get for bumping into me a while ago."

A familiar figure came close moments later, bending down to help me clean up the mess.

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. How would your brother react if he saw you right now?"

"He'd be going after Raeyun, then coming back to scold me."

We both laughed at the memories of my Oppa.

"C'mon Joo, I'll buy you lunch."
