A tall lean man. Brown hair and a pair of innocent hazel brown eyes...

A senior.

"Are you okay?" The man said, his expression turning softer than it was before. "It's already 6 pm, shouldn't you be going home?"

"I'm okay." Was all Amatsuki said before looking at his watch and scanning the area. It was indeed 6 pm and the scenery was already dark, the moon making it's way to the sky. He stood up and offered the other a smile.

"I don't think you're okay." The man said, looking at Amatsuki's stance. "You're shivering... are you-"

"I'm not!" Amatsuki shouted before glaring at the other man who was still looking at him suspiciously, "I'll be fine on my own even it's d-dark..."

The other guy blinked before laughing before putting a hand on Amatsuki's head.

"Nah, I don't think so." He stopped laughing. "Come on, follow me."

"No, you follow me!!" Amatsuki said before walking to the darkness of the field. "I'm fine!!"

"Hey, hey. I didn't mean to tease you." The other guy said, hurrying his own pace. "Hey wait up!"

"Stop following me!"

"Didn't you say to follow you though?"

"No I didn't so leave me alone!" Amatsuki shouted back before running even faster.

"I'm going to this direction to so no." The man laughed.

"Stop being so chatty like we're friends!" Amatsuki stopped and glared at the taller man. "It's weird!"

"But everyone in the world is friends, right?"

"You're like a dog." Amatsuki said in disgust before looking away and walking. "You're weird. I'm out of here."

Amatsuki ignored the calls of the older guy but then he suddenly stops, realizing how dark the area was which made the guy behind him bump to him.

"Why'd you stop?" The guy asked but then realizes it when he touched the cold arm of Amatsuki. He sighed before taking Amatsuki's hand and leading him.

"Don't touch me! I don't need you!" Amatsuki tried to get the man's grip from his hand but stopping as he saw the expression from the other man.

A glare.

"Everybody needs somebody sometimes." Was what the guy said before turning the most coldest and scariest glare Amatsuki ever saw, into the softest. "Stop pretending."

Amatsuki was in a loss of words as he looked down, letting the other guy lead him. When they finally reached the gates, the man set his hand free.

"Um..." Amatsuki looked down blushing. He then glared at the man and pouted, "T-thank you... uh..."

"Kashitaro Ito." The older man smiled at him, laughing at Amatsuki's awkward expression.

"Uh, thanks..." Amatsuki looked away as he tried to finish what he was saying to the other guy. "Kashitaro-senpai."

"Anytime." Kashitaro said while holding a hand out for a handshake. Amatsuki hesitated at first before shaking the guy's hand.

'It feels more like I'm shaking a dog's paw rather than a giant.' He thought as he looked at Kashitaro's bright face. 'Like a dog as an excuse of a human being.'

"Now we're officially friends!" Kashitaro clapped his hands together before smiling brighter than before. "Now tell me your name!"

"You're creepy." Amatsuki bluntly said before fixing his tie, revealing an elmo necklace in the process.

"That's a cute necklace. Where did you get that?"

"Oh, this, I got this from a friend a long time ago." He said, trying to recall his memories but stops and blushes in embarrassment when he saw Kashitaro look at it closely. "Oi! What are you doing?"

Kashitaro moved closer to him, investigating the necklace, and looked up to his face.

"Are you perhaps-"

"BOO!!!"

Before Kashitaro could finish speaking, a certain raven haired boy jumped behind Amatsuki, making him fall to the cold floor.

"What the--" Amatsuki groaned, feeling the coldness of the side walk. He looked at his back to see Hashiyan. "Hashiyan!!"

"What?"

"Why did you scare me like that!!!"

"Ah that..." Hashiyan laughed before putting on a serious face and crossing his arms. "It's already dark and you were not home yet. So I tried finding you."

"And why do you have to?"

"Because you were afraid of the da--"

"No! Stop that! Shut up!"

"You still didn't change." The raven haired guy laughed at the blushing Amatsuki who glared daggers at him. Then he noticed the other brunette and glared. "And who are you supposed to be?"

"Ah!" Kashitaro yelped as he was snapped back to reality and smiled. "I'm Kashitaro, a third year."

"Why were you with Amatsuki anyway?" Hashiyan glared even more to Kashitaro who was sweating from the scary glare. He walked in front of the senior before growling, "Did you do something to Amatsuki?!"

"No!" Kashitaro yelped, inching away from the raven haired man. "I'd never do such things you imagined!"

"Is this true Amatsuki?"

"Yes, mom." Amatsuki rolled his eyes before pulling the boy away from the senior before sighing and looking at Kashitaro who was frowning. "Sorry Kashitaro-senpai, mind telling me tomorrow?"

"Ah, it's okay." Kashitaro grinned before excusing himself.

Amatsuki watched as Kashitaro walked away, and disappearing to the darkness of the street. He sighed before looking at his friend and tugging his sleeves.

"Let's go home Hashiyan," Amatsuki yawned. "I'm tired."

The raven haired sighed before nodding. They ran to catch their bus and succeeded, yet they were both huffing for air as they sat at the seats. Amatsuki looked at the window, smiling when he saw a fluffy brown dog walking on the road alone, reminding him of the bubbly and shy senpai.

'I gave him permission to talk to me tomorrow.' Amatsuki groaned a little placing his hand to the cold window of the bus before laughing.

"Friends huh...?" He whispered under his breath as he smiled and looked at his other hand, remembering how Kashitaro helped him and said those words.

"Maybe... I was not that lonely after all..."
