After Dick Grayson, Jason Todd became the second Robin. He was originally son of Joseph and Trina Todd, two acrobats in a circus act. They were killed by the criminal Killer Croc and like Dick, got adopted by Bruce Wayne. He originally had strawberry blonde hair but dyed it black to be like Grayson. Unlike Dick, Jason is portrayed to be a rebellious Robin. He smokes, swears, and fights authority. He dies in the storyline "A Death In The Family". If you've read it or watched Batman Under The Hood you would know he's been kidnapped by The Joker and The Joker beats him to death with a crowbar and left him in a shed with explosives that finished Jason off. But he comes back due the Lazarus Pit and its ability to heal people and bring them back from the dead if the body isn't too badly damaged. He then took on the identity of Red Hood who is basically a Batman who doesn't mind the blood. Again, if you've watched Batman Under The Hood, you'll know who quoted that. Anyway he became the Red Hood and had to be stopped by Batman. Lots of shit went down in the movie. They fight and stuff. Its kinda sad in a way though. But Red Hood's still bad ass to me.
