Hey guys, this is my first attempt at writing so please don't hate too much (: I love constructive criticism and comments <3

==========
Mia's POV
==========

When my head hit the brick wall, I knew I was in trouble. The

three lean, muscled guys behind me weren't messing around anymore.

Spinning on my heel, I turned to face them. The tallest one, the one in

the middle, was actually kinda cute. Spiky black hair gelled into messy

peaks, smoky grey eyes that could melt a normal girls heart, and

caramel colored skin. *sigh* If only he wasn't trying to kill me.

Smirking, I leaned against the wall and taunted the boys. "What

would Luke say if I told him his three best men were getting their asses

kicked by a girl? A girl that's three years younger than you. Betcha he

wouldn't like that very much, would he? I'm thinking he's gonna beat

the hell outta all three of you." When I said this, the tall, sexy boy

lunged at me, reaching his hands for my throat. Quicker than a squirrel

on caffeine, I bent my knees and ducked. I could hear his nose break

against the wall from my crouched position beneath him.

I allowed myself two and three quarters seconds to enjoy his

screams and laugh to myself before standing up and facing the

remaining two boys. They couldn't be more than 18 years old. It was

almost humorous to see their expressions change as I stalked towards

them, giving them a sinister smile. This is what I was raised for. The

adrenaline rush, the feeling I got when my victims begged me not to

kill them, then watching their blood stream to the ground seconds

later. I was never cruel with my killings, I always killed quickly and

neatly, making sure to clean up what mess I made when I was done.

The boss would beat me if the cops found evidence enough to

incriminate me. Our business was a dangerous one, often involving

running and hiding from the cops.

The two boys in front of me, seemingly innocent, were the exact

opposite. They were assassins, like me. Looking at them more closely, I

recognized them. We had trained together for the first 2 years of

training before I had been moved to a specialties department.

Widening my eyes and adding an extra sway to my hips, I

approached the boys. Their eyes were locked on my chest and swaying

hips. I silently laughed to myself as I reached in my bra and pulled out

my favorite knife, 7 inches of titanium alloy sharpened to perfection

baby! When I was two steps away from my enemy's I stopped. Sticking

one hip out and pouting my bottom lip, I spoke. "Tristan. Drake. I hope

you don't think badly of me for this." Their eyes widened in confusion

and surprise as they realized who I was. Drake barely had time to open

his mouth to beg for his life before my knife was buried in his heart.

The look of shock in Tristan's eyes was enough to make me laugh

out loud. I pecked him on the lips before slitting his throat, making

blood spray on my face and upper body. I watched his eyes turn glassy

as the life drained out of him, splattering on me in the process. In the

reflection in his eyes, I caught sight of the leader of the group, the cute

one, attempting to hit me from behind.

I spun over my shoulder, almost catching his right hook with my

face. Before I could comprehend what was happening, he had one of

my hands twisted behind my back and the other caught in his grip,

meaning his body was pressed against mine. All I could think about

was the feel of his abs on mine and his hand holding my wrist until I

noticed his face inching closer to mine, his eyes trained on my lips. I

closed my eyes in anticipation of his kiss. I felt his lips brush my ear as

he said, "Never let your guard down, princess. I'll be watching you."

And without making a sound, he was gone. All that was left was the

minty scent of his cool breath on my face.

Derricks POV
==========

"She wants me" was the only thing running through my mind as I

stared down at the gorgeous girl in my arms. Too bad I had been

assigned to kill her. Luke hadn't specified that I had to do to quickly,

however. So that gives me a little time to play with her. I leaned down,

acting like I was going to kiss her, but I whispered in her ear instead.

"Never let your guard down, princess. I'll be watching you." And then I

left.
