chapter 6

I went inside the school and it was bigger than I imagined. It was even bigger than my old school. I was just like WOW. The halls were very crowded so I had to push through people.There was so many people at this school. Before Kim and Kylie went to their classes, they told me to go to the office for my schedule and they told me they will show me around the school later. I went to go get my schedule from the office.
"Hi I'm new here and I'm looking for my schedule."I said to the principal.
"Yes, Nikki maxwell here's your schedule" said the principal while handing me my schedule
"Thank you"I said while getting my schedule
"Anytime, have a wonderful day" the principal said in a cheerful voice
I went out the office and looked at my schedule. My first class was Mrs.Cannick class.
I didn't know where her class was.The bell was almost about to ring for class I had about 5 minutes to get to class.I saw a girl that looked friendly enough by her locker getting her stuff.I walked up to her and asked her for help.
"Hi,I need help to find Mrs.Cannick class. Do you know where it is?"
"Oh you must be the new student. I'm Julie. And yes, I know where her class is, follow me I have her class too" said Julie.
"Okay,thank you " I said back to her.
I followed her down the hall and in the classroom. Julie went to go take her seat while I stood in front of the classroom and everyone else was talking to each other.
"Attention class, everyone face forward please" the teacher said
That's when everybody eyes were on me.
"Please introduce yourself" Mrs.Cannick said to me.
I said okay and turned to the class.
"Hi everyone,My name is Nikki Maxwell.I'm 16 years old. And I moved here because of my parents job. I'm excited to be here and looking forward to the rest of the school year. Thank you". I spoke to the class
The class welcomed me to the new school after I finished speaking. Then the teacher gave me an assigned seat next to a student. As I walked to my new seat this girl looked at me with an evil glare.
I sat down and looked at the person who sits next to me. He looked so cute that I started blushing a little.

"Hi,My names Chris." the cute boy said. He put his hand out for me to shake.

"Nice to meet you Chris"I told him as I shook his hand.

We looked at each other and blushed.He was soo cute.He had those light blue eyes with beautiful blond hair.

At the corner of my eye, I can see the girl who gave me the evil glare looking at me like I was disgusting while Chris and I were looking at each other.

He gave a cute smirk and I blushed really bad. Whenever my old crush, Brandon, would smirk at me like that, I would start blushing too.

But I think I have a crush on Chris now.👦😍
