Seika Moriyama is a soldier born into a location known as a division. Everyone who resides at the Division is immune to the effects of the Death Note. For generations Division members have been aware of the existence of Shinigami and the Death Note. You can choose to live as a normal civilian or a soldier. She is forced to go into hiding due to pending civil war and leaves with her Shinigami companion Zenma who has been in Seika's family for four hundred years along with three other Shinigami; Zeph; Kuro; and Cana. The Shinigami are more godlike and the humans are far more dangerous.
