I hate the beeping noise.....

Tobari's POV.

Beep

Beep

'I hate that noise it annoying' I awoke to a full white room and something soft wrapped around me. That soft this was white with turquoise hair of its back and a tail. I immediately recognized him.

"Tessai?" I said in a weak raspy voice.

"Tobari! I thought I lost you for good!" He yelled

*Child are you ok I'm sorry I haven't talked to you in a while* Jubi said. Oh ya forgot to tell you I am the jinchuuriki of the 10 tails. She looks like a giant phoenix with 10 red and orange peacock tails for her bird feathers. She is the mother of all tailed beast and that's another reason I am chased by ninja wanting my power.

* I'm ok now Jubi and it's ok* I mind talked.

*Jubi nice to talk to you again* Tesai said to Jubi. Tessai can also join the mind talk.

*Nice to talk to you too how long has it been*

*About a year why*

*I'm so sorry T.T* Jubi cried

*Shh it's ok Jubi I know you were busy. I'm just glad your back*

* thank you. Tobari, Tessai two things. 1 Can we sing on the mountain once your out of the hospital and there are people nearing your room*

*WHAT!* Both me and Tessai yelled.

*Calm down they mean you two no harm.* Jubi said as people opened the door to this so called hospital room. There was two people there. The first one had gravity defying gray hair and a mask that covered the bottom half of his face. There was also a konoha headband that covered his left eye. Behind him was a older man wearing white and red robes with a funny looking hat that said Hokage a the front.

Tessai started growling at them.

"Tessai stop they mean use no harm" I said in a pained voice.

"Thankyou. May I ask you some questions" The old man said walking over to a seat near my bed.

"Yes. I will answer to the best of my abilities" I said normally. My voice was getting better from being used.

"My name is Sarutobi Hiruzen, I am the Hokage of the village hidden in the leafs. What is your name child?" He asked me.

"Tobari. No surname" I said ,that surprised the people in the room, not including Tessai.

"Ok next question. How old are you?''

"12"

"Are you a ninja?"

I shook my head in a so-so motion

"What do you mean?" The guy with gravity defying hair said.

"Well gravity defying hair man. I am not an official ninja but I have been trained in all the great and small nations and can do ninja things."

"My name if Kakashi Hatake, not gravity defying hair" He said sweat dropping

"Where are your parents?" The hokage asked. My head slumped down and Tessai glared at the Hokage before looking at me worriedly.

*Tessai can you please answer i know it's been so long but it still left scars* I mind talked as I turned away from the Hokage so they could not see my tears. I also snuggled into Tessai for comfort.

Tessai's Pov

Tobari snuggled onto my stomach for comfort as he turned away from our visitors. The Hokage and Kakashi looked worriedly at Tobari then looked at me and flinched must have noticed me glaring at them by now.

"What happened to his parents" The hokage asked with a saddened face.

"His mother was a fox spirit with two tails and died protecting him at the age of two, as soon as his real father found out what His mother really was before he was born, he left his mother and the child behind and was never seen after that. After his mother died Tobari was sold to a horrible man who only torched him for the next two years of his life at this time Tobari was only four. He managed to escape with the help of his only friend Suo. Suo was the daughter of that horrible man and she was the only one who would feed him. Without her he would be dead already. But unfortunately she died on the escape." I finished. Tobari flinched a little at the mention of Suo's name.

The Hokage and Kakashi had shocked and saddened faces and I just now noticed a nurse that entered the room that was crying. Tobari was also crying because unlike normal humans he remembers everything that happened in his life including his birth.

"Would you like to stay in this village you could become a ninja " The Hokage said. Tobari and I was very surprised and I think I showed it. We didn't answer for a while until Tobari spoke.

"Why?" He asked in a shaken voice.

"Why what?" The Hokage asked.

''Why would you want a monster in your village nobody ever wanted me before."

The Hokage smiled and said "because a child needs a home and If i'm the only one who will want you here so be it"

Tobari said up straight and looked at the hokage wide eyed. Then he smile and agreed. After that the day went quick. The Hokage gave us the keys to our new home. The house was a fairly medium sized home in the woods with the necessary and I made a downstairs that looks like a den for our sleeping quarters.

Me and Tobari are snuggled in the basement/den/sleeping quarters. Tobari bought a lot of blankets to be spread all over the place so everywhere you are in the basement you can sleep. Tobari rolled himself up in his tails and blankets and I curled around him and Jubi sung him a lullaby.

After the lullaby was done Jubi said.

*This that start of a new life huh?*

*Ya It is. Well goodnight Jubi*

*Goodnight children*
