After leaving school I left heading to work. I didn't brother picking up Jaden and Jada because they have after school activities. For instance Jaden go to football practice and Jada got basketball and after that both of them catch the city bus to go to the library for tutoring. Even tho Jada make all A's she goes because Jaden needs it to pass he math classes so he can play in the football games. He learned that the hard way when his coach benched in on their first game thinkin he could make a 'D' and still play uh he thought.
Arriving at work I went to the back to put my phone and Jacket in my locker. Yeah you say why didn't I just leave it in my car well that's because when my co-worker left her purse in her car sitting on the floor in her back seat some one busted her window and took everything valuable in her purse and car. It was all caught on tape at the back of the building where her car was.
Putting up my things and putting on my Ice-cream cone hat and heading to my station at the cash register. Yes, I do work at a ice-cream shop, I've been for a year and two months now.
15 minutes before my shift was over he walked in. I froze not wanting to believe my eyes. Looking down to his left was a little girl around five. After seeing her I just knew it was his child or sister, because they look just a like. "Hello welcome to Ice- Cream Palace how may I help you." I ask acting as if I didn't know it was Damarcus.
"So you Just going to act like you don't know me." He chuckled
"Yeah something like that" I giggled "So what would you like I looked down at the little girl he was with."
"Ummm..... can I get umm two scoops" she asked in a baby voice holding up three finger instead of two. she is so cute. As Damarcus put one of her fingers down so she was holding up two instead of three all I could do was smile.
"Don't you think two scoops is to much." Damarcus as with an eyebrow raised.
"Mmmh uhh" she answered while shaking her head no.
"Well what two flavor you want" he asked
"What is the one with the big things in it" she asked holding her hand up in a zero shape.
"pecan" I asked
"Chocolate chip" he asked
"no bwother I said big not small" she said looking disappointed in what he just said. "Cookie dough"
"yes Cookwie dough" she said as I put in the order giving him the receipt.
After getting the ice-cream my shift was over heading to the back clocking out and getting my thing leaving out to pick up my brother and sister from the library.
It was about 5:40 by the time I picked up Jaden and Jada. I was only ten minutes late so that's not to bad.
"I'm hungry" Jada said in ha ghetto voice while smackin ha gum and pattin ha head. All I could do was laugh. Every time she do ha little impressions of different types of people I cant help but to crack up at ha. She crazy, a real fool but I love ha.
"Me too sis you cookin tonight" Jaden asked
"Nah we can get take out, What wall want to eat?"
"Wing stop!" Jaden and Jada yelled together. I bust out laughing because they hate saying things at the same time.
"That's how yall know yall some twins" I said as Jaden mugged me from the front seat and Jada did the same from the back. "see look at yall"
"Sissy stop" Jada tried to hold in her laugh but fail

"Home at last" I said entering our apartment. "well imma go do my homework, yall do yours keep quiet. And be in bed before 10 please and thank you" I said before going upstairs to my room closing and locking it.
Two hours later I was finished with my homework so I just got on my phone and watched different peoples snapchats. after getting bored 10 minutes later i got up and put my phone on the charger going down stairs.
"Yall take shower and do your chores?" I asked noticing them in the night clothes
"yes" they said at the same time as they side eyed each other.
"well its getting late and we got school tomorrow lets go to bed."
"But sissy tomorrow is Friday do we have to go?" Jada plead
"If I told the landlord its only been two months do I have to pay rent" I said coping her voice
"Haha you got to go to bed" Jaden chuckled
"you too" I said while I slapped him up side his head
"Haha you got to go to bed" Jada mocked him laughing.
"say yall prayers night love yall!" i yelled closing my door going to sleep.
