Gracie POV
We all at the Smosh Games office were getting ready for our recording until something popped into my head. "Hey Jack!"
"What?" He questioned. "Umm... If DCI is going to be in the recording, they need new names."
"Wait why?"
"Because, they look so much like the characters themselves and if we call them by their real names the audience will definitely think something's wrong."
"Uhh... Okay, whats their names?"
"Well I was thinking;
Emilia- Emily
Bodie- Brodie
Mo- Bo
Glitch- Jordan"
"Okay I got it, but why Jordan?"
"Well I did some research, and everyone thinks his name is Jordan so yea."
I replied. He gave me the 'ok' look and we told everyone our plans. They all seem to agree and I felt like Glitch was going to come out and attack me for possibly revealing his real name, but instead he gave me a nod with sadness in his eyes, what has gotten into him?
*Time skip to the end of the day*
Wow! I'm definitely beat after today! We filmed a Cell Outs, Friendly Fire, and Grand Theft Smosh with the crews.
After getting all of our stuff, everyone said goodbye to Smosh and left with me and Jack. While we were walking, Mo was just telling me on how well him and Flitz got along (because they're both mentors to prodigies and they're b-boys). We then walked to the Smosh kids office where we saw the rest of the crews and Jason and Jay come out. "Hey guys! Had fun?"
They all responded 'yeah' and told the rest of us about their day while we told about ours.
We kept walking to the car in the parking garage when all the sudden Glitch stopped, looked at his phone and looked even more depressed. "Hey lil' bro, whats wrong with chu'?" Mo asked. "I just got a little homesick, that's all," he replied silently. "Okay then, but remember we're here if you need us bud," Bodie says confidently, "Thanks guys," Glitch replied as we again started to walk back. As we got into the car everyone instructed Glitch and I to go in the back just in case he starts to have a mental breakdown, my question is why don't they have Mo sit in the back?!
Anyway, we all got into the car and as promised, me and Glitch were in the back. Alone. Jack started the car and drove off. The car ride was pretty calm except for the part were everyone was talking at once, minus the two in the back. Glitch and I were silent as mice when I decided to talk to him. Over text of course.
Gl- Glitch G-Gracie
G- Hey
Gl- Hey
G- Did u like today?
Gl- yea it was pretty fun
G- well good becuz, well...
Gl- well wut?
G- well becuz, u seemed so depressed it makes me feel worried
Gl- wait y?
G- I'll tell u later...
G- anyway, mind telling me the truth
Gl- uh... sure
Gl- we have to leave tomorrow
G- and y is that sad? All of us r going right?
Gl- well no, its just the crews
G-...
As soon as he said that, I look over to him, both of us having tears brimming at our eyes, hugged eachother tightly. We then broke apart after like a minute and I rested my head on his shoulder for the whole ride home.
I don't want to lose another person like you...
Mo POV (didn't expect that huh?)
I was talking to Jayden when all of the sudden I see my two lovebirds in silence looking out the window all depressed. "Hey Mo what's wr-" Jayden interrupted herself, she saw shawty and G all snuggled up there and she did something I've never thought she would do. Look depressed. "So what's wrong?" I ask all silently so us two could only hear each other. "I don't know if I can tell you because it's really personal to Gracie," she says all worried. "Aight I get it," I said back. We both then went back to what we were doing all the rest of the way home.
Hey guys! So here's another chapter! We are almost nearing the end here and tbh, I don't want it to end! But of course, all good things come to an end...
If you didn't already know, the text Glitch got was Rasa telling him that instead of them leaving in 2 days, they have to leave tomorrow. Anyway, please tell me how u like this book and vote and follow me!
