Gracie POV
It was almost 2 and I knew Glitch wanted to battle me. So I went and changed into black sweatpants, a purple shirt that said "DCI" on it, and finally my blue Lunarlon Nike shoes. I also put my black hair into a high ponytail with my blonde dip dye, and of course my retro, golden rimmed glasses (same as dci outfit, prescription!). I then leave the room with my phone and complimentary headphones that DCI gave me (not like I needed a 20th pair of headphones...), and before you ask the other three went to hangout with Mo,Lu$h, and Riptide. Jeez where is that boy? I thought. So in the mean time I just took my phone out and looked at my social media. I then finally saw a pair of neon green Jordans come up to me and it was Glitch, he had on gray sweatpants and a white tank like his on spotlight, he also had neon green hair dye."Hey Glitch! U ready?" I asked him. "Yup, c'mon." We then started walking to I think is a dance studio and we just started talking to each other about these back at home and here.
After a very long walk and one elevator trip, we made it to a gorgeous dance studio. I was just in awe at this place, I mean c'mon! This place had a flippin' DJ booth! Either way, Glitch called out to me, "ready to battle G?"
"Ready as ever," I replied back I then walked in front of him and he started to play Euphoria by Usher.
After both of our finishing moves, Glitch was sweaty as hell but I couldn't feel a single drop. After that song, a few seconds later Only Girl by Rihanna playing and I started to dance.
And after that song, I was actually pretty tired after that one and Glitch, well he doesn't look that sweaty now. But you could tell I Was still winning, so Glitch being Glitch said that we were going to battle to one more song. It was OMG by Usher ft.Will.i.am.
After both of our finishing poses, we both just collapsed to the floor because I don't know, OMG is the hardest song in the game. "I gonna be real honest shawty," Glitch said while helping himself up, and then grabbing my hand to help me up. "Its very rare when people win a dance battle against me, but with chu', you definitely won this battle," Glitch said while still holding my hand. "Thanks! And you were definitely a worthy opponent," I replied, we both then started laughing. Until all of the sudden everything went black, Glitch then pulls me over to his side. We are just standing there in each-other's embrace in a pitch black room, and tbh I kinda liked it. While still hugging each other we heard over the intercom while lights were lighting up the room again,"Emergency power engaged." After the lights turned on, while still hugging, Glitch and myself just stared at each other for what seemed like forever. Then moments later, we both started to lean in until,"Attention, we need all DCI agents in the main meeting room, ASAP! That also includes Gracie, Jayden, Jack and Jason." We both then broke from each other's embrace still holding hands and madly blushing (like to the point it blood red!). "C'mo-mo-on Gracie lets go."
"Ye-ah-ah right," I replied back stuttering Glitch then lets go of my hand grabs all of his stuff while I grab my stuff, and we just sprinted towards the meeting room, we were both blushing a tint of pink still too. As we were running, I was just thinking about what happened earlier, what would've happened if that voice never interrupted us? What would've happened if the lights never turned back on? All of these thoughts circled around my head until one was playing over and over again and is probably stitched into my brain.
