The dark night air cleared my woozy head as I walk down Abbey 59. I felt good after working for so long. Out of nowhere a man dressed in black runs up to me & takes my bag.
'Give it back!' I yelled
Sudenly a man appeared and punches the thug & gives me my bag back.
He is the man from the club, I think.
'Here you go' he said handing it back to moi.
I smile in return grateful
'that was brave.' I comment as we walk down the alley
'wanna go somewhere!' he suddenly asks out of nowhere.
silence.
'Sure' I said.
We head down the road and into a main road.
'you spend lots of time working in a club but when do have u been in one to have fun' he asked
I think for awhile, 'ages ago' he nods, grabs my elbow and pulls me into a club
Theres flashing lights & if it was not for his hand on my arm i would have been lost
'wanna dance?' He asks turning around suddenly
I nod, eager to shake off
My fatigue.
a slow song comes on & we start swaying with my arm around his neck and his hands wrapped comfortably around my small waist.
more than I like to admit, it's over and im sad again.
the guys hands push me away but i cling onto him.
'one more song' I whispered in his ear causing him to grin.
His hands roam my body freely and I let them. Suddenly a thought hits my mind & i pull back enough to look at his face.
'You were with a girl, if your not single what r you doing dancing with me then?' I ask
he shakes his head
'She dumped me.'
'Why' I cant help asking
'its personal' I give him my puppy dog eyes and he sighs holding me to him tighter
'she slept with my brother.' i gasped. That's terrible!
'That's terrible!' he nods
'yeah...'
I smile 'I don't even know your name'
'I'm Quintin' he replies
Oh my god life just got worse.
he has the same name as my ex who cheated on moi!
