The gray arm went back into Mas' shoulder. "So you see, she saved my life."
Jessie spoke up, "You were given a direct order to kill all the angels and you failed."
"You have a messed up right-hand-man if he brought up an old law like that." Rose said.
In a split second Jessie disappeared. Rose quickly realized it and quickly drew her sword and deflected four swords from cutting her to pieces. Jessie appeared sixteen feet away from them, she grew a creepy grin on her face. Mas drew his seven swords and they started floating.
"Why can your swords float?" Jessie asked.
"When I draw more than two swords they will float and I can control them with hand and finger movements like a puppet." he said. Mas grew a killer's smile and swung his arm. Three swords went straight to Jessie but she blocked them.
"You're going to have to try harder then that." Jessie mocked.
Mas adjusted his fingers slightly and his swords were all around Jessie. Mas clutched his his hands into fists and in a blink of an eye the sword went straight towards Jessie. Jessie deflected all of the swords. Rose stood in amazement as she watched the two demons fight.
Mas slowly backed up to Rose while still fighting. "Hey, do you think you can shoot her through the swords clashing?" he asked.
"Well of course I can." she said while pulling out a rifle. She turned around and ran out of sight. There was dead silence as Rose sat on top of the tallest tree. She took a look and found the spot where the two fought. She took aim and shot. Rose could hear the body hit the ground with a thud.
Mas went up to the tree and hugged Rose. "That was amazing shooting sweetie."
"I just had a thought. Won't we be in trouble for killing another demon?"
"No, you only killed her physical body. Her demon spirit is still alive back in the Demon World."
The sun began to set over the horizon. Mas and Rose both looked at each other and smiled. They kissed just as the sun finally set.
