A lot of thoughts were running in his mind as Taehyung made his way to a club he's a little too familiar with, gripping on the steering wheel until his knuckles were turning white and he was gnawing on his lower lip. 'God, I am terrible,' he thought as he remembered the look on Jungkook's face and the venom in his words. Taehyung didn't feel it before, no. He never felt pity towards people like Jungkook, the ones he rejected and humiliated for fun. Well, he thought it was fun until the young ebony haired male spat those words at him. Horrible, terrible, a fucking douchebag.

Upon arriving at the club owned by Namjoon, a close friend of his ㅡ named The RM ㅡ he entered past the body guards at the front, already knowing who he was and he strode inside rather hastily, immediately going to the vacant VIP table where his friends usually were there during nights like this but surprisingly it was empty, not that he minded. He only wanted to stop thinking about Jungkook because he can't seem to stop. At all. It was frustrating.

Taehyung plopped onto one of the comfy couches, grunting and almost instantly a worker came, handing him a menu of the drinks. It was a privilege for VIPs and he was just lucky to be best friends with the owner himself. He waved the menu away, "Give me something strong. Make sure it can knock me out." The waiter scattered away after giving a bow of his head to the male and Taehyung sighed, slumping into the couch a little more. His mind was wandering over to the younger male again and it was beginning to irritate him. Why was he acting this way? It's just some loser who had a crush on him during high school. A loser who turned out to be a damn fine piece of assㅡ but, still it wasn't the point!

Gripping onto his hair, he let out a frustrated yell and nearly pulled his dark hair out. He didn't know why he was feeling that way and it was driving him insane, questioning himself what the hell was happening to him? All because of a boy named Jeon fucking Jungkook who somehow managed to look super hot and woo him with his sass but then spat out words that left the older male feeling hopeless? Useless? A douche? That was all him right at that moment and he just wanted to wallow in his self pity, at least that cured his scarred esteem.

Taehyung was brought back to reality when a low chuckle came from behind him and he probably wouldn't admit it but it shocked the hell out of him, whipping his head around to see Namjoon himself with an amused smile and the same mannered glint in his eyes. "What brings you here, Tae?" He asked as he took a seat in front of the male, a drink in hand. They've been the best of friends since high school along with a couple more of guys, there were five of them and Namjoon was the closest to him. Always there to give him advice whenever he's in need of some and back him up.

So it wasn't a surprise when Taehyung started to blurt out everything that had been on his mind, from how nerdy Jungkook back in high school turned out to be 'super hot' ㅡ that came from Taehyung, to the arranged marriage then back to Jungkook again being the little tease (not that he realize it) he was and what he said before the older male drove away to the club. Namjoon sat, taking small sips of his drink while listening to Taehyung ramble on and on about Jungkook. He knew the scrawny kid back in high school. Heck, he helped the rambling male to humiliate the said kid back in the days. Sure it felt nice when he was younger and immature but hearing all of this coming from Taehyung and how distressed he looked, Namjoon felt bad.

No, not for Taehyung. He deserved that because he was the one who wanted to make fun of someone who had feelings for him. To say it simply, he's an ass so serve him right. The blonde male rolled his eyes at his own thoughts. He definitely felt bad for Jungkook; he knew he's the son of the Jeons. His parents are business partners with his parents and they've met a couple of times so Namjoon did take notice of the young male's changes in appearance and attitude throughout the years. He was a lot more confident compared to the timid kid back in high school who barely talked to anyone but this Jeon Jungkook, the one he met at formal parties either of their parents held, who spoke with much confidence and smiled charmingly that everyone failed to realize before, he was a different Jungkook. No wonder Taehyung was so fucked up.

The moment Namjoon snapped out of his thoughts, Taehyung was already downing the drink that was served to him. Releasing a grunt at the strong taste of alcohol, he slumped back into the seat and sighed loudly. He could feel his mind becoming woozier and it was definitely helping in calming his mind. The older of the two placed his glass on the table in between them and propped both elbows on his knees, raising an eyebrow. "You're an idiot, Taehyung. You should just apologize to him for what you've done if it's making you feel this bad," he said. The brown haired male let out a strangled noise from the back of his throat which reminded Namjoon so much of a dying whale and slumped even more in his seat, his head was probably somewhere else. "But hyung.. H-he hates me! He doesn't even want to see my face!" the slightly tipsy boy slurred and buried his face in his arms, a loud sob then coming from him.

Namjoon wasn't all surprised, he's fairly familiar with how his friends acted whenever they're drunk and Taehyung in this situation, not a new thing for him. He sighed hopelessly and stood up, going over to the sobbing male and draped an arm over his shoulder. "Hey, man. If you talk it out slowly, then he'll forgive you, you know? Apologize to him, change yourself too. If you keep on acting like an ass, I'm pretty sure he's gonna grow annoyed of you too later on. So, gather your thoughts upㅡ" he looked at the crying mess and cleared his throat as he patted his shoulder comfortingly. "ㅡmaybe when you're not so drunk and apologize. That's the only way. You can buy him flowers or some shit to make it look sincere."

Taehyung had slowly stopped sobbing and crying like a baby, only a few hiccups coming from him and he stayed silent for awhile that Namjoon thought he fell asleep on him giving advice but it looked like he was deep in thoughts and suddenly, he jolted right up, scaring the older boy shitless, and raised his hand. "I'm.. gonna go home and apologize to him," he said, still slightly tipsy and he gave a pat to Namjoon, mumbling his thanks before stumbling his way out of the door to his car. 'I guess.. he looks okay to drive?' Namjoon thought, flabbergasted and shook his head before grabbing his drink again and moving away from the table.

As he was driving back to his apartment, mind you he was driving really slow and other drivers were starting to get really annoyed by it, Taehyung was deep in thoughts on ways to apologize to Jungkook. "I should.. tell him straight up that I'm sorry.. And explain," he mumbled to himself as he felt quite satisfied by the simple things because his head was throbbing slightly so he wasn't gonna think it out so much.

Getting out of his car as soon as he parked it, he made his way to the elevator, passing a lady who looked at him weirdly with his messed up hair and red eyes, not to mention snot running down his nose but he paid no mind to it, only focusing on getting his shit together and apologizing to Jungkook. He hastily pressed on the button to his floor and waited as some crappy classical music played in the elevator. It took him awhile and he was tapping his foot impatiently against the tiled floor, growing restless because what if Jungkook wouldn't forgive him? What if Jungkook starts hating him even more? What if he gets kicked out of his own house? What ifㅡ

Ding!

Taehyung gulped and stepped inside his own house cautiously as if there was a burglar inside and looked around to see if Jungkook was in sight but he wasn't. He heaved a relieved sigh, "I guess he's still locked up in his room.." He muttered to himself and gathered up the courage to make his way to the other boy's room, lifting up a hand to knock on the door but as it was nearing the wooden surface, it stopped. Taehyung's eyes were widened. 'Why am I so nervous..' He thought and shook it off, inhaling deeply before giving the door a few knocks.

He heard some shuffling from the other side and it wasn't until almost half a minute the door was opened, revealing a puffy Jungkook with slightly red eyes like he had been crying but stopped for awhile now. He was sniffling and was not looking at Taehyung too. Seeing the state of the ebony haired male, he didn't know what strange force had abducted his mind because before he knew it, he was grabbing onto Jungkook's nape and pulled him close to press their lips together into a kiss.
