FOR WRITING AWESOME STORIES:)

“Where’s your girlfriend, Weasly?! Finally lost interest?” Malfoy spat at us angrily. We had been trying to walk away from him. Trying to get away from him. But once you start, you can’t stop.
Ron’s face went bright red. He like Hermione. Hermione liked him. The question was who was going to admit it first?
“Speaking of girlfriends, Where is yours?” I retorted angrily at him.
This time, all the color in his face drained out. He was pale white. His smirk had vanished. His eyes went wide as can be. But as quickly as it had gone, His judging eyes had returned.
“Jealous, Potter? I got the prettiest girl in school and all you have is your stupid…mudblood…idiot,” He stumbled upon the last words.
“Having trouble, Malfoy? Do you need some more lessons on how to speak?” Ron snapped at him before he gripped my wrist strongly and ran pulling me along with him.
“Save your breath, low-life git!” I yelled at him before we were out of hearing range and we could no longer see him.
“Did you see his face, Harry!? He doesn’t know where she is! He’s worried about it too!” Ron shouted in my ear.
“Ron! Really can you tone it down a bit?” I said annoyed.
“Jeez,” He had said a little hurt.
I didn’t want to hurt him. I’m just a little annoyed with people today. Malfoy did a fabulous job of putting the icing on the cake, so I have a right to yell at people, don’t I?
“Okay,” He said quietly. “I have to go…study. Bye.” Ron muttered silently as he turned in the opposite direction, going to the common room.
Ron? Study? Since when does he study? He must be picking up on Hermione or something.
I cleared my mind and allowed my brain to roam. Where was I going? I was going to Moaning Myrtle’s Bathroom to see if I can clear my head a little bit more. My brain was so scrambled lately. During Potions, I had tried to comprehend everything. But, it wasn’t working with Serena and her foolish giggling in the background of it all.
The giggle was something so familiar. It was so familiar I wanted to vomit. For some reason it made me upset. Listening to Serena laugh made me upset. It was like my body knew something that my brain had forgotten. It was odd, actually. I’ve never talked to this girl the whole time at Hogwarts and I barely saw her during the summer in London. Now, tonight, everything seemed so pleasant but revolting. I wanted her to be my friend, but when I thought about it, she seemed so different and…
My thoughts trailed off slowly as I rounded the corner of the cold, stone, wall and saw the actual person I was thinking about.
Her face was streaked with tears, and her bottom lip was quivering at a rapid pace. I let all the details of her face soak into my body, she was beautiful. I had never thought about her this way, but she seemed different tonight. She wasn’t the usual, impervious, princess of Slytherin I thought that she was.
I let my eyes follow up the streams of tears and found myself staring at her smoky eyes. My breath hitched and I hoped that she hadn’t heard it.
Her eyes weren’t as startling though, they were tinted with red, and here eyelids were heavy from crying a lot.
“Serena, what’s wrong?” I asked suddenly feeling weird.
Why were those words so familiar? Why did I want to vomit when I heard her laugh? Why did I suddenly freeze when I heard her name?
Her eyes trailed up to my eyes and she stood there glaring at me. She let her eyes stab at mine repeatedly. But, I let her.
It was hard to explain what had happened next. I slowly watched her get onto her tip toes and bring her mouth close to mine. I hadn’t actually caught on to what she was doing before her lips were centimeters from mine.
They looked so soft. They were so pink.
I started to pull back from panic but stopped when she spoke her next sentence like it was a command.
“Please,” She whispered with her lips letting out her raspy voice.
I felt myself sink in to what was going to happen next. She brought her lips to mine and let them touch. It hadn’t felt weird at all. It felt so joyful and…
…familiar.
Why was this girl so familiar?!
I let my thoughts stray away as the kiss continued. I didn’t want them to interrupt such a sweet moment with a mysterious girl that will never be mine. She was Draco’s. She’ll always be Draco’s. They were perfect for each other.
She wasn’t meant for me.
I’ll never have another moment where I’ll get to kiss a girl that was so different yet similar. So, I let my mind stray and thought only about the kiss.
It was so sweet. It was so warm. Then, as I was finally starting to become comfortable with it, she froze. She stiffened and pulled back with a scowl on her face.
“Oh Merlin,” She whispered softly.
She started to back away with a few stray hairs falling over her eyes.
“This never happened, Harry. Never!” She said loud and clear.
She was about to turn around and run but I caught her wrist quickly before pulling her back into my arms where she was breathing heavily. I put my lips down close to her ear and let my voice escape my lips slowly.
“I like you,” I whispered.
She quickly pulled back again and forced a frown on her face.
“I’m a Slytherin and you’re a Gryffindor! This can't happen.” She sneered before running off back the direction she came .
