I slowly awoke to the pitter patter of the rain on the window. It was a soft patter not to bad. I opened my eyes and for once they were not as heavy as a dumbbell. I steadily opened my eyes to see my familiar drab grey walls. Normally i would have fallen back asleep by now. My bedroom door slowly opened and i saw a small face peep in.
"Good morning Cat'' I said to my little seven year old sister. Every morning she comes into my room to get me up to make her breakfast. Our mother works In the morning and she is never home to feed Cat breakfast. Cat jumped up excitedly to see that i was up. I Jumped off of My bed making sure not to knock down the latter or to disturb any part of my desk underneath
" Did Johnathan leave for school?" I asked my sister
"Yea he woke me up before he left' She squeaked. Johnathan is the middle child in my family. It goes Me, Johnathan, and Cat. My Dad is on a Bussines trip for now. Cat and i ran downstairs to see our Dad making waffles
" DADDDDD!" Cat screeched at my Dad She jumped up into his arms
"Hi dad" I said more calmly
"Hey girls! Hey Andrea I'll take care of Cat for you" My dad matched my tone
"Thanks dad" I said Halfway running upstairs. I ran into my room and changed into my Black leggings with a white strip going down the sides and my white shirt with grey stripes. Once i was done i brushed the matted mess that i call hair.Then a light coating of makeup. * BRING BRING* My phone had buzzed so i ran over to check what it was.
