Dear April,
It's been so long. Too long. I stopped by to see you yesterday but, no one was home. It was odd. You're always home and even if you don't want to see me you still open the door with a bright warm smile. Please, come home. It's been almost three years now.
Pugsley was in the window. The poor cat is getting old now. His once beautiful black fur is now plagued with patches of gray and white. Maybe I'll bring him home with me next time I visit. He seems so lonely in that empty house. He seems to be getting along fine though. I feed him when I visit.
I think Pugsley misses you just as much as I do. He looks for you. I can see it in his eyes. I don't think he moves from his position at the window until I come. He just waits there.
I miss you
