My whole life for as long as I could remember. Which is only 10 years. I have lived in this underground hide out with my twin brother. We both lost our memory but remember each other. We don't know how we got down here. And we don't wanna leave. Tunnels lead all over the place and into houses. So we steal food and stuff. But we never leave except to get food. Out cloths are shredded but we don't care. It's rear we wear them because we are normally in our husky form. We are just husky pups. And always will be. We like staying hidden. Sometimes we will be taken in and cleaned and feed then run away again. But we are mostly down here. Except for today. I have learnt to trust my instincts and they told me to stay out of the tunnels. So me and my brother. Benjamin are running though the woods.
'Bree. Slow down' he yelled though the mind link panting. I slowed down. He stopped collapsing to the ground. I turned back nudging him. He wined.
'I'm exaughsted and hungry' he said. I curled up with him for his to rest. I put my head over his back. Than I saw them. Huge wolves. They looked at us. I growled standing over my brother protecting him. They snickered before one changed into a girl and put on clothes. She came over to us.
"Hey their little ones. Are you lost?" Ben wined. I wined at him nudging his face.
'Let them help us' he said to me.
'Ok' I said back. I looked at the girl before moving back from my brother. I nudged him towards her. She picked him up. I wined for my brother. She went to pick me up I snapped at her hand. She stood up looking at the others before walking. I followed her. We got to a mansion. I followed her in. She lied Ben on the table. He shivered from the cold surface. She got him some water and me some too.
"Now. What should I give you two to eat?" she looked at the cupboards than to us. Ben wined again.
'Ben what's wrong?' I asked panicked.
'I don't know. But my leg hurts.' I sniffed and smelt blood. I barked. The girl looked at me. I was barking at my brother. She walked over and gasped.
"Oh poor thing. I'll get something to fix that right away." I barked she out me up with my brother. I curled up to him. I licked his fur. It soothes him. Soon a few others walked in.
"Oooh puppies" a guy said all girly. I growled.
"Dangerous puppies" another added. That girl from before walked in. She smiled at the boys.
"Bell what's with the dogs?"
"I found them in the woods. One hurt" she bandaged up bend leg. "Now you too have to be nice to everyone here or we will have to get ride of you" bell said. "That's Damon and Stefan. My brothers" she said. Another guy walked in "alpha. I was about to come see you" bell said standing in front of us.
"I know bell. News travels fast. Step aside" she moved. The guy walked closer. I stood over my brother.
"Female protecting the male. She's brave" I felt power surging. He went to touch my. I growled. He stopped slowing moving his hand closer.
"She can feel the power but the power to protect the male is stronger. They might be mates" Ben laughed. It was more of a yipped snicker "no. Not mates. Same markings on the fur. Twins. Lost pups."
Ben picked his head through my front paws. He looked up at the guy before crawling forward to him.
'We can trust him' Ben staid as he got pats. I sat there away from them all.
'When your healed we are leaving to find a new home' I said.
'What if this is where your instincts led us?'.
'They still say run' he looked at bell before jumping at her. She caught him.
'No. She's my mate' I barked at him. He barked back. I stuck my nose in the air away from him
'Fine I will leave without you.'
'Like hell' he growled. I growled back at him.
"They are fighting now." Damon said laughing.
"I think the female is the dominate one. He followed her orders." I jumped down onto the ground. I went to leave. Ben wined.
'Stay here please. They can keep us safe'
'How long till they find out our secret?' I snapped he wined again. I looked at him tilting my head.
'Please. I wanna be with bell' I growled and walked back
'Fine' he yipped happily.
"Can we keep them alpha?" bell asked hugging Ben.
"Sure." He said laughing
'No peeving on the girls' I snapped. He tilted his head.
'Watcha mean?' I shook my head and followed bell. I sniffed around a sent got my attention. My ears perked up.
"Bell." A male voice said. I turned seeing my mate.
"Yes Scott" she said.
"These dogs have been around my mate. I can smell her sent on them. It's" he inhaled "intoxicating" I walked forward sniffing him. He looked at me before picking me up. Ben looked at me. I tilted my head at Scott. He had similar power surging from him like the alpha guy did.
"Did dad say you could keep them?" Scott asked
"Yes alpha likes them." Ben barked at me. I looked at him.
'Someone's got a crush and wants to stay' he sang I growled.
"Naww. Can I keep her?" Scott asked
"Sure. She doesn't like me much."
"She's got power over him. And it's cute." I growled at the word cute. I jumped out of his arms Ben yipped at me. I stuck my nose in the air.
"She likes walking too and hates being picked up"
"I'll keep it in mind" I followed Scott to a room. He set up a bed for me. I curled up and sighed. Scott looked at me.
"Your only a 3 month old puppy" he said looking at me. I looked at him. "He patted me" I smelt food. I sniffed the air. He chuckled picking me up talking me to eat. I think I like it here. I smiled as Scott feed me bacon. It was amazing. And I ate it all
"I gotta be careful feeding you." He said picking me up. "Eat too much straight up you'll probably die" I barked at him happily. He laughed
