Dani's POV (Friday evening)

Holy Jesus, this morning was so screwed up, Christ I'm not gonna talk to him at this party, I wouldn't be going if I already hadn't told Devan, jeez.

I don't know what to wear, the party is at her parents house , so maybe I should dress up, hell I don't know. Ahh screw it, I put on peach crop top thing and a sparkly skirt. I straightened my hair, put on my usual makeup.

I had a couple minutes till Devan came so I went on insta, Grayson posted a picture of him and meredith anc captioned it saying "Happy birthday princess, I hope it's amazing can't wait to party tonight. We've been together for almost a year and I don't know what my life would be like without you, you complete me, hope you have an amazing time babe. I love you" the last three words are what got me, he already moved on clearly, whatever I'm gonna go and within an hour or so I'm gonna leave

just as I was gonna grab my shoes the doorbell rang

"Hey Devan"

"Hey Dani, you look great" he gave me a hug

"Thanks you clean up pretty good aswell"

"So you wanna get going?"

"Sure, let's get it"

We arrived at the place, which was about 15 minutes from my place

"Holy crap, do her parents own this place?"

"Apparently Devan"

he parked the car on the road and came out to my side of the car and opened my door "Devan I'm capable of opening my own door"

"But it's not being a gentleman if I don't babe" he winked at me, trying to give a signal and I turned around to see people staring

"Oh" he took my hand in his and we headed in

We walked in and woah was all I could say, there were decor everywhere, a chocolate fountain and an ice swan, holy crap

"Danielle, Devan, I'm glad you could make it" Meredith said coming up to us in a really short, and tight dress, note the word slut written in sharpie across her forehad

"Wouldn't miss it, Happy Birthday Meredith" not my sarcasm, I handed her a present, it was a $50 girft card to victoria secret

"Ooo, did you come together?"

"Yeah" Devan said

"Well guys, I totally ship it, come in and have fun"

"Oh gosh Devan did you see her, the word slut was written on her foread"

"Haha, dont kill me, I noticed it too, hey isn't that Ethan let's go say hi"

We walked over to them "Sup E"

"Hey Dani, you look great bye the way"

"Thanks"

"So you came with Devan?" he sounded disapointed

"Pretend"

"Oh, smart ass over here, but you know you could've asked me"

"I know but it would be too obvious, plus I don't want people to think things, like oh she gave up on one so she fell for the other twin, people are gonna think im whoring around"

"That's true alot of people are really judgemental"

"Yeah"

"Hey Dani I'm gonna get a coke want anything?" Devan asked

"sure and no thanks"

"So Ethan how long have you been here for?"

"Since 4 and the party started at 7, jeez Gray wanted to come and pulled me along, I was gonna stay and call an uber after but he said it wouldn't be nice if only he went"

"You could've came with me and Devan, just text me when your in a situtation like that next time"

"Haha of course thanks Dani your the real mvp"

Grayson's POV

This party is so lit and all but I still feel bad about what went down with Dani and I at Starbucks. She looked really hurt and I was just an asshole about it, when I walked past her apartment to get to ours I heard her crying against the door. She probably hates me so much

"Oh my gosh, I remember that it was like 2 years ago, hwo do you remember that Ethan?" that voice sounded so familiar, Dani?

I turned around and there she was looking really hot, if I wasn't a douche to her to begin with I would have gone up to her and given her a hug. I slowly approached them

"Um, hey Dani"

"Hi..."

"Gray I was telling Dani about the time when she fell tryingto go up he escalator at the mall, it was like 2 years ago do you remember that?"

Of course I do, I remember every move she's made "Oh yeah, you fell right on your face"

"Grayson, there you are" Meredith came running to me

"Hey babe" I leaned in and kissed her

"They wanna take pictures of us together common"

"Wait one sec babe"

Before I turned back to Dani, Devan Key came up to her and put his arm around her waist " I'm back miss me babe" hi kissed her cheek and she just giggled

"You guys are dating"

"Not really"

"They were so cute they came to the party together my new ship" mere squealed

Wow this is just got awkward, "hey mere lets go take those pictures"
