Logan was the designated driver the night the rented jeep he borrowed collided with a tree on the side of the road.

Marigold-Marigold is a shy and awkward girl  in Alia's tight preppy clique. Marigold is the Captain of the Tennis team and plays Tennis to get things off her mind...get certain people off her mind...such as Alia. Ever since Freshman year, when Marigold admitted to have an obsessive crush on Alia, they formed a secret relationship with one another. Behind school Bulletins, empty gym locker rooms, and school garbage dumps are where Alia and Marigold had met up to have time to themselves as they didn't want the whole school to find out their private lives. Marigold would do anything to bring Alia back from the grave but like her friends, she'll keep people from knowing what they did to Alia that faithful night during the scene of the accident.

Danny- Danny is the first captain of the Varsity Lacrosse team and is the ladies men of South Central High but has an coy crush on one of the members of his group of friends, Sonny. Danny tries to put on the facade of a tough jock that dominates in his junior class, and is engulfed in a life of not just lacrosse but also drug dealing with his former sophomore physics teacher, Mr. Canton. The only person who knew about his secluded life as a drug dealer was late Alia. What's even worse than leaving a friend in a abandoned and unreported car accident is the public eye finding out about his local drug dealership.  Danny would do anything to keep people from knowing the truth about what he and his friends did the night she died so that he doesn't lose a lacrosse scholarship awaiting for him senior year and most importantly his status quo.

Rose- Rose is also apart of Alia's tight knit group but isn't involved in any programs at the school due to the secret life she lives as a teen mom. Rose loves her daughter with all her heart but like her friends, she would do anything to keep a secret like this away from the public eye especially  when your in a clique led by Alia. Rose  desperately wants to forget what happened the night of the accident, but like her friends is instantly reminded whenever someone brings up Alia's name...

Sonny:

Sonny is captain of South Central's Drill Team and is sort of the outcast of Alia's tight clique as she struggles to relate to the rest of her suburban, classy friends.  Sonny is the only dark-skinned member of her group of friends and lives in the more rural side of town with her Dad and her younger sister Destiny. The only person that Sonny actually has a deep connection with  in the group is Danny. Alia and Sonny definitely had some bad blood going on during the time Alia was alive  due to Alia bullying Sonny during her freshman year of high school but Sonny feels terrible for ditching Alia at the accident they caused.
