AN: Hey guys, well here is the last of my batch updates for now. Title and opening Lyrics are from the song "Say Anything" By Anderson East ft Jilly Andrews.

--------------------------------------------------------------

I would wait all my days to hear the words I need you to say

To keep me hanging on and not walking away

But you don't say anything, do you?

They make their way back to his car four hours later, both soaking wet and out of breath but wearing matching grins. The spot Liam pick was something of a well guarded secret known only to local surfers in Malibu. It was several miles away from crowds and tricky to find unless you knew where to look. Liam had guessed since it was Sunday most people would take the day off to do other things and he was please to see the little beach void of any other surfers and not one paparazzi in sight. He gave Jennifer a grin when he saw her eagle eyes dart around for any photographers then lifted his hand for a high five when she saw they were alone.

They'd started out by just body surfing, allowing her to get used to the feel then when she was ready he held the board as still as he could so she could stand up and find her balance. It took her a few goes to make it to her feet and she fell off numerous times but she never once gave in. One time she lost her balance and fell straight into his arms bridle style. In the fall she had wrapped her arms around his neck and their face's had come to within an inch of each other's. They'd looked into each others eyes for a very long moment, not caring one bit that their surfboard leads were tugging on their ankles. Liam had struggled to find his voice and ask if she was ok when all he wanted to do was kiss her but remembering what she said about needing time he swollowed the impulse and let her slip back to her feet.

Eventually Jennifer seemed to find her balance and Liam cheered loudly when he saw her riding the small wave all the way then she leap into the water. He rode the next wave easily too her and embraced her tightly as the water lapped around them. They finished up by leaving their boards on the beach and just sat side by side in the shallows, letting the water cool their sun warmed skin and watching as the sun begin to make its descent. Jennifer's head had to come rest on his shoulder and she wrapped one arm around his torso while he draped an arm around her shoulder.

"Thanks bear" she'd whispered looking at the water.

"No problem" he smiled, "Told you you'd get the hang of surfing one day."

"I didn't mean just for the surfing," she said turning her face to his. "I mean for this whole weekend. I didn't realized how much I needed this weekend when I came here."

"Same here, sure was unexpected, seeing you in that club." He nodded with a smile.

"An unexpected meeting indeed, but a welcoming one none the less." She agreed and reached up to plant a chaste kiss on his lips. He fought the urge to return the kiss with everything he had in him when her soft sea-salted lips connected with his. "And thank you for giving me time." She said when she pulled away. He nodded and then shivered when a huge gust of wind swept over the water and caused goosebumps to break out over his skin. "Getting cold Bear? Things starting to shrivel up down there?" She teased, eyeing his crotch beneath the water. He'd splashed her playfully in response but then spotted her face shift to something more mischievously and that had started 'The great splash fight of 2015' as they later called it.
