An Unexpected Meeting: (A Lawsworth Fanfic)

Author's Note.

Greeting readers, just a wanted to take some time to express my deepest sincerest apology for the lack of regular updates. My only real excuses maybe seen as a cop-out but I swear its the truth.

Firstly, time. That annoying bastard we call father time has more plans for me than I really can deal with. For those who don't know I work 10 hour shifts at nights, 4 times a week so from 9pm till 7am my mind and body is elsewhere. Naturally I need sleep too, and while 6 hours might seem like a dreadfully short amount for someone to get on an average day ive become pretty used to it (except for those days when it isn't enough and I get around 9 hours and am running round like a headless chicken). Since I spend my nights working and my mornings sleeping till mid-afternoon, why not spend the time I have left writing? I hear you ask, well that would be a good idea if that time wasn't already being occupied by also being something of a house-husband. I suffer (not really suffering now I think about it) from being a little bit of a neat freak and so if their are a stack of dirty dishes they will be washed dried and put away, or if the laundry hamper is more than 3/4th full they get thrown into the machine then into the dryer before I iron them and put them away (seriously reading this back is making me feel less and less of a man by the second but whatever). On top of that I've got a healthy appetite for TV, movies and video games. I am not joking when I say I've got over 50 TV series and 30 movies to watch, and around 7 Video games I've either been meaning to finish or start playing. But above all that is my girlfriend. She works day's like everyone else so we don't see much of each other during the week except when I come home from work and she's still sleeping and then when she gets in we have only a few hours before I head off to work. We both have the weekends off from work so you better believe we spend them together.

So there you go my wonderful readers, the main reason I haven't been able to update regularly. I'm sorry if you found my reasons rather lacking but it is what it is.
