I'm going to skip to the part of the forest of death. Why? Because I'm lazy. By the way I'm going to write the story in third person point of view.

This was Kira 1st mission. To be honest she wasn't feeling excited or nervous. Nothing at all. She was worried.
Not because of her, she was worried about Sasuke and his friends.
This mission is to recover some scrolls that have been stolen. No big deal. She should be back before this part of the exam is over.
Adjusting her sword on her back before she left the village. This is supposed to be an easy mission. Well at least that what she thought.
The scrolls have been taken to a little town not far from there. She started to run to get this mission over as soon as possible.
A few hours had passed and she had just got there. It was already afternoon so she decided to check in a hotel.
The women in the front desk looked at her like it was some kind of joke. Kira just gave her a death glare. It made the woman sweat.
Once in her room she set her things down and lay down the bed. That exact moment she felt asleep.
********that morning***********
Kira woke up to a shuffling outside her window. She quickly rose from her bed. Grabbing her sword she jumped of the window.
She quietly ran until she found two odd men. One had white hair and two red dots in his forehead(yes I know that kimimaro is sick but bear with the story). The other one had a spiky ponytail and 4 arms.
"What the hell" whispered Kira. She looked closely and saw that they had the scrolls that went missing. She took a step back and something snapped and alerted the two men's attention.
"Who is there" the white haired men yelled
"Shit" cursed Kira under her breath.
"Do you think we are stupid" whispered a voice in a Kira's ear. Her eyes widen. She turned around and she the men with four arms.
But is only lasted a second before she was punched. Her body flew across the floor only to be stopped by a foot.
She open her eyes to see light green eyes. For some reason she felt scared of these men. "Well,what brings you to us." Asked the white haired men.
"You stole those scrolls and I need to get them back to the village no matter what" Kira said trying to hide that fact that she was scared.
"We don't care about your village. Our boss needs them" said the men
"Well to bad I will go back to the village with those scrolls" said Abi as she took out a kunai and slashed or tried to slash his leg.
The men backed away fast. Kira got up and ran towards the men with fist ready to punch. Once Kira got close to him him bones pop out of his body by his own will.
She stopped, but not in time. Her face had a cut. It wasn't deep or or serious. Kira backed away as soon as possible.
She quickly activate the byakugan. He saw the he replaced his calcium with chakara. This is how he was able to manipulate his bones by will.
She tried to do the same but it only cause her pain. She needed more training if she wanted to be able to do the kekkei genkai.
"Ahh I see you're in pain. Well I must take advantage of that even though its not fair." He said in a calm way.
"Well then I'm ready for this" Kira said
The men fired some of his bones towards Kira, but she stopped them using senbon needles. Which at impact the forces were the same so they cancel out.
"I see your pretty good at aiming the target, but are you good at it if you can't see" he said while he threw some sort of powder in her eyes.
"Shit" Kira cursed out loud. Her hands immediately went to her eyes to try to stop the burning.
"Don't worry it won't last longer, but I can assure you that it hurts like hell" he said
"Even without my eyes I will bring those scroll back to the village" she said
"We'll see" he said
This time he charged at her with a bone as a sword ready to kill. Kira heard his footsteps and quickly took out some shuriken and threw them at his direction.
He barely even dodge them.
"I don't need my vision to kill you." She smirk.
"Ninja art: hidden mist jutsu" she said quietly so they wouldn't know just yet.
"Where the hell is this coming from" said the men with 4 arms.
"I don't know but we need to get rid of her" said the other men.
But this time Kira had an advantage.
