Invitations

⚫LIAM'S POV⚫

I finally got let out from the hospital. Lexi and I were walking back home.

"Oh my god my birthdays this week!" I shouted to Lexi.

"Oh yeah! Are you still having your sweet 16 party?" She asked back

"Yeah. Wanna help make invitations? We'll invite the whole grade!" I yelled laughing. Lexi giggled back.

"Yes I will help now let's goo!" She yelled taking my arm and pulling me down the road.

A couple minutes later we arrived at my house.

"Liam where were you? I'm not gonna yell this time but you've got to stop leaving." My mum said frowning

"I know I'm sorry mum there was a bit of an accident but no need to worry! I am okay! Lexi and I are going to work on my birthday invitations for my party!" I said. My moms face brightened up.

"Lexi!!! I didn't even see you there! Hello! Liam has told me so much about you! It's so nice to meet you!" My mum yelled running to Lexi engulfing her in a tight hug.

"It's nice meeting you too Mrs.Payne!" Lexi yelled back smiling and hugging back.

"Karen, call me Karen." My mum old Lexi. Lexi smiled back and nodded

"It's so nice to meet you!! I'm so happy! You're Liam's first friend since like years!" My mum said

"Mummmm" I groaned.

"And you're so much prettier in person! Just like Liam said!" My mum shouted.

My face got bright red. Ugh mum! Lexi started to blush.

"No no I am not that pretty." Lexi said back looking to the ground frowning a little.

"At least that's what I've been told" Lexi whispered quietly to herself.

It wasn't meant for me to hear but I did. What did she mean by that? She's perfect!! I guess I'll have to talk about it to her later.

"Don't say that about yourself. You are beautiful inside and out. Plus you have made Liam so happy." My mum told her smiling while hugging her.

Lexi gave a slight smile but it looked fake. She didn't believe her. I sighed to my self.

"Alright! Lets go do this!" I yelled fist pumping.

Lexi laughed as we ran upstairs to the computer and began making invitations to hand out at school tomorrow.

⚫MEGAN'S POV⚫

Yes finally. Tomorrow I'm going back to school. I'm still going to wear my disguise so Lexi wont notice me. I am going to get Liam to like me and then he will ask me out. Lexi will get so jealous it will ruin her. I will ruin her. I also plan to destroy Lexi and ruin her life as much as I can without Liam knowing.

⚫LEXI'S POV⚫

Liam and I finished his invitations. Over 100 people were gonna be coming. This is gonna be great! I said my goodbyes to Liam and started to walk home since it was dark out.

When I got home my mom was passed on the floor with beer bottles scattered around her. I sighed to myself. Of course. I ran to my room and stripped down to my pajamas.

I just realized school was tomorrow. Great... I sighed soon falling asleep.
