We had finally finished planning everything and the wedding was in a week. I was so nervous and couldn't wait for that special day. We wasted a lot of money on everything and I felt really bad. Vic said he didn't mind and that the money he earned wasn't just his but ours.

The only thing we had to do now was just get my dress. I hope I find one that I fall in love with; I'm going now with my mom, daughter, and Aiden. We all walked inside and there was white dresses everywhere. A lady a little bit older than my mom walked over to us and fake smiled.

"So you're getting married?" The lady asked Isabella. "No actually I am." I said and she looked at me with utter disgust. "What? I'm sorry but if you haven't noticed there is no tuxedos here." She said and I furrowed my eyebrows. "I came here to get a dress not a tuxedo." I said and she was still looking at me with so much judgment.

"But you're a man, a man does not wear dresses." She said and I rolled my eyes. "I am not going to assist this thing. You are such a disgrace." She said making my eyes water. I looked away from her and my mom looked like she was going to burst.

"Look you old hag Kellin is a person not a thing, I don't like you talking about my daughter like that. She doesn't deserve any of the words that are coming out of your mouth the only person that is a disgrace here is you. You have no right to be talking to her like that. She didn't do shit to you! So watch your fucking mouth!" She exclaimed and grabbed me by my hand walking me out of the store.

I thought I had gotten use to people giving me judgmental looks or talking shit to me but I wasn't. I was happy that my mom said something but I kind of felt bad for the old lady. I cant believe I'm afraid of being myself when I'm not supposed to. "Come on Kells, let's just get your dress another day." My mom said and I nodded. She drove us back home and Vic was sitting on the couch since my mom didn't want him to see the dress when we did buy it.

"Hey darling how did it go?" He asked and I sighed. "Not so good, an old lady was talking shit to me saying I am a man and I'm not supposed to wear a dress. She then said that I am a disgrace and I almost started crying but my mom jumped in saying stuff back at her then we left." I shrugged sitting on his lap. My mom and Isabella were with Aiden upstairs.

"I'm sorry baby girl, you really don't deserve any of what she said. There is always going to be haters so just try to ignore them okay." He said kissing my nose and I smiled before nodding. "Okay, I love you." I said and he smiled. "I love you too darling." He said wrapping his arms around me.
