The families decided to split up. Kenshi and Takeda took an opposite way. Kenshi was blind, and he wore a red cloth around his eyes. He and his son, Takeda, had telepathic abilities. They could read minds. They shifted their heads to a clicking sound. It got louder as it came closer. "Click...click...click!" Out from the thickness came the outworlder emperor Kotal Kahn, and his assassin, Erron Black. "You have come for Cassandra Cage," Kenshi said. "You just read my mind," said Kahn. "It's what we do," mocked Takeda.

With a tough win, but still surviving, Takeda rushes to help his father.

Kenshi lives to fight another day as well. The father and son head out to find the other allies they had made because the plan was not as good as they thought...
