Moving On

"Oh, man." Was all Percy could say in front of him were ten kids, ten. Oh man, this was going to be a nightmare. 

How was he going to pay for all of this is was going to cost a fortune. 'Fear not, nephew. For making me and my wife feel the love that we shared long ago. I will give you an infinite amount of wealth. As I'm am the God of wealth'. Hades spoke into his mind. Suddenly a black plastic card landed in his hand.

Well, that's one problem down. So now he just had to name them all. They were all lined up on his couch in a line from the youngest to the eldest, at least that's what his instinct was telling him. All of them had their eyes open, watching him with such curiosity.

Maximus: dark brown and dark green eyes and black hair

Helena: golden blonde hair with green and pink eyes they keep switching now and then.

Luke: black hair and green eyes
Zoe: auburn hair with strips of black hair, silver eyes 

Gloria: dark blonde hair with greys eyes switches between green when angry.

Orpheus: light brown hair with dark brown/green eyes
Chloe: dark brown hair with light brown eyes

Jessica: green eyes and light brown hair.
Amanda: chocolate eye with black hair.
Alex: dark brown hair and fiery green eyes.

After he finished naming the babies, he sat on the couch, but the minute he sat down, the babies started crying all at once.
Percy's head hit the back of the couch. "Oh man," luckily, the room was soundproof.

And with that, Percy stood up and started rocking the babies to sleep and changing their nappies, looks like their mothers had fed them though, maybe they cared for them somewhat.

This was going to be far more difficult for him and his children now.

3 days later.
"So perce got a handful, I see." Then came the voice of Nico.

Percy was currently juggling between feeding, heating milk, and placing food into one of the kid's mouths, as well as changing a nappy.

His 10 children sat in high seats with his son Luke lying on a changing platform.

"Yes, now if you don't mind," he pointed to Luke. Nico just shrugged.

When he found out about it, Nico helped Percy with the children, and during that, he was beginning to feel attached and said one night out of the blue that he was their uncle.

Another canning thing was that he moved house from down in the poor districts all the way up to the higher than normal area. He bought an 8 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, study, garage with a basic kitchen/living room home. 

After fighting some hellhounds on the first and second day, he had a meeting with Hecate and asked for a favor to hide the kid's scents and his until the kids knew about the mythological world.

"So how's life been, Nico" Nico just shrugged, putting the finishing touches on luke and putting him into his high chair.

"Fine, demigod numbers are expected to arise in the coming years," he chuckled, but Percy sent him a quick glare. Nico chuckled, wanting to hide. "oh, the big thing that is happening, the two camps are going to merge into one camp with this, uh misty portal as travel."

"Well, that's a good thing; the two camps need to be closely connected so that they can be safer." Percy mused, finishing feeding Maximus. Maximus then wipe his face down with his hands, causing Percy to blink before he started nibbling on them, causing Percy to chuckle.

"Oh, but the biggest piece of news," Nico exclaimed, shocking and scaring the kids. Now they looked like they were about to cry. Percy sent him a quick glare. He only just had them calming down. "It's been 2 years since you made any action and 1 year since you and Annabeth broke up."

"The demigods and some no-name goddess and god think you're dead, so they want a new champion, and Olympus really needs one, so they're organizing a massive stadium fight to get a new champion." Percy paused but continued feeding his children. "It going to be called the demigod games, where demigods will compete in challenges to see who is the strongest and to be named champion. It's going to be a combination of both camps" Percy stopped for a moment before shrugging.

"Like I could care. It's just a stupid contest, nothing will be real, and it'll all be controlled. And besides who would watch over the kids" suddenly, without warning, a large duffle bag was on the table. "I've got kids to raise, and they need to be protected."

"Come on, perce. Just this once," Nico pleaded to him.

"No," Percy just calmy.

Please, just this once, you will get to see anabe-"

"NO," Percy voiced, strained to contain itself, and his children all stopped looking at their father.

"Fine. Just call if you want to," he said, back-pedaling with sweat dripping down his face he then shadowed travel out of there, leaving Percy to calm down.

Percy sighed, letting his anger leave him before turning to his kids, a smile on his face.

'I'm fine where I am' He approached his kids.

Pick up a piece of food, "zoom," he said, coming to his kids causing them to giggle.

On Olympus, the pre-tournament.
"Come on, Luke, you can beat him," anbeath cheered on her boyfriend. Who was a son of Hermes who was quite literally being crushed by a son of Ares. Suddenly the son of Hermes was knocked out cold.

"The winner is Bryce,  son of areas," Hermes shouted, looking at his son.

For some reason, even with the crowd cheering, he didn't care; he wanted the main prize; he wanted Percy Jackson.

He then grabbed the mike of Hermes. "Demigods, we have been asked to see which of us has become the strongest. I have beaten all of you, yet the strongest is out there. He was a hero we all looked up to but know it is his time to step down" the crowd started to shout along with him. "I challenge Percy Jackson, the hero of Olympus, to a duel."

The crowd started to clap, but a wave from Athena cut them off.

"You do release if you go against Percy Jackson. You would have to be a God to verse him" most went wide-eyed at this.

"He can't be that strong otherwise; you would have killed him." Again, he got looks from their faces. 

"Exactly. I challenge Percy Jackson to come to the tournament," everyone agreed.

Zeus raised his hand, stopping everyone. "If you wish for this, then so shall it be. He gave a short wave to iris.."

"Fine," iris whirled a message.
