The Nerd Who Cried Boyfriend

Okay guys, so this chapter is going to be full of some Percabeth fluff.

This is going to be a bit of a long chapter☺

Annabeth POV:

Annabeth woke up with a mild headache.

Then saw that it must have been because Percy's hand had dropped down to her head and he was drooling on her shoulder.

Ewwww.

Well at least he doesn't snore. She thought optimistically.

Sighing she slowly got up reminiscing last night's events.

A soft smile creeped up to her face - Percy and her had had the most amazing time last night.

They went sight-seeing and Annabeth showed him around her town.

Then she thought of something horrid: Kasey.

Kasey had told the entire school she was a lesbian.

But no one would believe her, right?

And even if they did, there was nothing wrong with being a lesbian. Boys would stop hitting on her (and they would've any ways after seeing her with Percy).

Annabeth shrugged. She decided she wouldn't care what people thought and go with the flow.

Speaking of flow, she turned around to see Percy still adorably drooling.

She grinned then took out her phone in a flourish.

Snap.

Annabeth forgot to turn the flash off.

Percy turned and opened his eyes a wink, before blinking and sitting up.

Awww. He looked so adorably lost with his bedhead and rumplef clothes. His eyes are squinting and me all confused and his mouth has opened as if he was trying to say some-

Annabeth's train of thought was interrupted as Percy's silence evolved into one of screaming, "ANNABETH! Are you OKAY???"

To that she replied with a, "Of course I am, sleepyhead."

"Oh." He said before erupting with a big yawn. "Well, you weren't saying anything and staring off into blank space. And your sitting in a criss-cross-applesauce."

Annabeth snorted, "Criss-cross-applesauce? What are we, five?"
Percy shrugged, "I don't know. I was trying to bring it back to life!" He exaggerated his point with jazz hands.

Annabeth grinned at him.

He was just so cute.

"I am?" Percy looked at her, incredulous.

She flushed red and brought her hands to her mouth, she said that  out loud. Shist!

Percy smiled at her. "I think you're cute too. And very very beautiful."

Annabeth flushed an even deeper red, "I'm not." She stated simply, looking down in embarrassment.

Percy grew serious. He tilted her head up and looked at her sincerely, "Yes. Yes, you are. Your so beautiful sometimes it hurts. I didn't think I was the jealous type but whenever someone looks at you the wrong way, anger like no other flares up inside me. Like when that Katie girl-" He ignored Annabeth's correction of 'Kasey', and continued. "-was possessive over you. It is so obvious she likes you."

Annabeth's eyes widened. "Kasey- she doesn't like me. Not in that way."

Percy sighed, "Annabeth. First get it in your head that you are a VERY easy person to fall in love with. All that unrequited love crap." Annabeth opened her mouth in protestbbut Percy continued anyways, "Second. The way she looks at you. With that fondness in her eyes, and I saw how she would take every oppurtunity to touch you." Annabeth wrinkled her nose. That sounded wrong. "Just... just listen, okay? I think she likes you. More as a friend. You know what, I am SURE she likes you more than a friend. Think about it."

And with that he got up to go to the washroom leaving Annabeth to do what he instructed and what she did best: Think.

And think she did.

Could Percy be right? She paused.
Never once in my life did I think I would say that. [😂]

Kasey does constantly try to touch me. And she gets up close and personal some times; always attentive to what I'm doing. And WHY would she ship ME with Samuel Odair. I mean, not to be concieted and stuff but we have to admit: he is out of my league.

....

Woah that did sound extremely conceited.

Anyways, Kasey is so versatile, really. One minute she's all caring and the second someone lays hands on me she's a bitch.

Annabeth sighed, laying.
She heard the door click open.
It must be Percy coming out of the shower.
She turned her head around.
And with that, her jaw dropped.

Also, I just realized that I make everyone sigh A LOT in this fanfic 😂

Kk... I know this chappie sucks but I was really sleepy when I wrote it so pls FORGIVE! Promise the next one will be good!
