Chapter 11

Continued:
Adam smiled at Teigan and leaned in too kiss her. Adam leaned back and Teigan rested her head and on his shoulder. "I can't wait for our first Christmas together" Adam said. "Neither can I the is the first Christmas I've ever been exited about" Teigan said. "Surely you were exited about Christmas when you were little" Adam said. "I never really had a Christmas when I was little" Teigan said."oh I'm sorry babe I shouldn't have said anything" Adam said. "It's okay Adam" Teigan said. "Was it because of" Adam asked. Teigan nodded her head. "When I'd go to school kids would be like oh what did you get for Christmas and nothing would be more embarrassing than having to say I didn't get anything and then they would be like but it's Christmas and I was like my mom and dad didn't like Christmas it was hard as a kid I missed out on so much I didn't experience things that kids should experience" Teigan said. Adam hugged Teigan tightly.
FLASHBACK:
Teigan sat in her room and looked out the window and saw kids playing with eachother she hated the fact that she couldn't spend Christmas Day like other normal children but no she just had to sit in her room while her adoptive parents sat in there asses downstairs. Teigan got off her bed and went downstairs. Teigan knocked on the living room door and opened the door. "What do you want" teigans adoptive father said. "Well I wanted to come and speak to you and mom about something" Teigan said. "What is it" teigans adoptive mom said. "Well I was thinking because we've never celebrated it maybe we could just celebrate Christmas just once even for an hour" Teigan said. "We've actually got you a Christmas present" teigans mom said. "Really" Teigan said exited. Teigans adoptive mom stood in front off her. She lifted up her hand and smacked Teigan right across the face. "That's a much off a Christmas present your going to get what have we told you about talking about Christmas you little brat!" Teigans adoptive mom. "I'm..sorry" Teigan sobbed holding her cheek in pain. "You best be now get upstairs before your dad does even worse to you" teigans mom said. Teigan ran upstairs crying. "I want my real mom and dad back" Teigan shouted. She heard the living room door swing open and her adoptive father run up the stairs. Teigan ran into her room and locked the door and cowered in the corner and closed her eyes and covered her ears as the door was pounded..
FLASHBACK ENDS:
"Baby are you okay" Adam asked worried. "I'm fine" Teigan said wiping a tear. Adam wrapped his arm around Teigan. "Our first Christmas is going to be the best Christmas ever and when the baby arrives he or she is going to get spoilt by us" Adam said. Teigan  smiled at Adam and he kissed her head and wiped her tears. "Right now no more tears because I hate seeing you cry" Adam said. "Okay" Teigan Said. Adam ran his hand over teigans belly. "Anytime now and our baby Lambert could be here with us" Adam said. "And I can't wait" Teigan said smiling. Teigan rested her head on Adams chest. "How did I get so lucky to have you" Teigan Said. "I guess we were destined to be together" Adam said. Adam leaned in and kissed Teigan. The kiss got more passionate. Teigan sat on Adams lap. Adam lifted teigans tshirt up and dropped it too the floor. Adam started kissing teigans neck. "You do know we can't do anything you know I don't want to be going into labour right now" Teigan said laughing. "I wasn't intending on doing anything Thankyou very much Mrs Lambert" Adam said. "Oh really" Teigan said sarcastically. "Really" Adam said. They both laughed and leaned in and kissed some more. "Ow" Teigan said. "Shit are they contractions" Adam said. "No the baby's kicking" Teigan said laughing. Adam leaned his head down and kissed teigans belly. "You gave daddy a fright then baby Lambert" Adam said. "Lay a little low on the kicking daddy wants so kiss action with mommy" Adam said. Teigan started laughing. Adam leaned in and kissed Teigan once more. "I have a Christmas Eve surprise for you" Adam said. Teigan put her tshirt back on and they both went downstairs. Adam got a present from under the tree. "Arnt presents meant to be for Christmas Day" Teigan asked. "Well our new Christmas tradition is that I give you a little suprise every Christmas Eve" Adam said. He passed Teigan the present and gave her a quick peck. Teigan opened the present and it was a tshirt with an arrow pointing down to her belly saying. 'Baby Lambert on the way'. Teigan smiled at Adam. "This is amazing babe Thankyou so much" Teigan said. She leaned in and kissed Adam. "I love you" Adam said. "I love you too" Teigan replied. "Forever and always" Adam said.
