"Hey babe" I heard from behind me, I spun around to see it was only Jamie.
Jamie was Jay's soul mate. I had known before they even met, I was on the one who introduced them about 3 years ago. I really love them both but I hate third wheeling with them. They are all lovey - dovey all the time and it makes me jealous beyond belief. Like I'm happy for them but damn , what I would to to be in their situation.
"Oh it's only you" Jay scoffed , winking at Jamie before kissing him.
"Get a room you guys" I looked away. I hate PDA so much especially when I'm with the people commiting the cringy crime.
"Just because you haven't kissed anyone yet" Jamie teased pulling away from Jay and smirking at me
"Shutt upp!" I insisted, playfully hitting Jamie then dramatically storming off towards the Japanese restaurant across the street.
Even though being in the smallest town imaginable , the shops were decent enough to not go out of town and spend a fortune to travel to the nearest biggest city, which is Sydney and thar was at least an hour on the train,
Chamsen was the Japanese restaurant which I spend 95% of my life in and basically spend all of my money in almost immediately after I get my wages.
I pushed the door open and was greeted with the lovely smell of familiarity and was greeted with a big smile from Hem, the woman who owned the place. Mainly because I was probably her main source of sales during the week.
"The usual?" She said, beeping away at the old till.
I nodded, smiling as she pointed at a table
"That will be 24 dollars" Hem informed us as she skuttled away to make the usual taro bubble tea for me and 2 green apple ones for Jamie and Jay.
We took our seats and I could feel both of their eyes glued to me.
"No not yet guys sorry" I wispered , looking down.
